I appreciate Monster Gardens customer service. I did get my product fast. The most impressive part is I called to check on my order and didn't get a answer. They called me back without leaving a voice mail. Confirmed my order and told me it was in my mail box. That was impressive that they took the time to do that. Crop 1 worked great.
I actually had a great experience, my order was put on hold because my purchase was flagged as scam, and they contacted me and put everything to work so I could get my order, I got all the notifications of what was going on, and the customers service team was really nice and helpful.
The service is exactly as expected. A lot of times that goes unnoticed or people do not make a review. But every time I order, I have my tracking by the end of the next business day, everytime I have a question they have an answer.
