They are a fraudulent company. I reinstalled windows and now the key won't work.

Their excuse was that it is only good for 1 install.

The real reason. They are providing illegal keys which microsoft spot and delist so that when installing again, they no longer work.

They had me purchased my Windows 7 when I saw their very low priced MS products! It was really wonderful that I got it so fast coz I have a paper to submit tomorrow! You guys are so cool! Awesome Job!

Bought Mac Office this morning, contacted to ask where the link is? Told...
"We are having issues getting codes for it as of the moment. We do not want you waiting for too long that is why we will be processing a refund for you."

How likely is this refund? Not impressed.
Will follow up with consumer affairs if I don't see refund in 48 hrs!

Got issues activating Office 2010. I learned that they needed to contact Microsoft to activate the key through phone. Got the product activated completely and their support team did it for me. Thank you.

I ordered office program for my mac. There was an issue with my card so they called me to be informed that it did not proceed. I was able to contact my bank and purchased the software. They have sent it after 5 mins. Very quick. Thank you!

Took my money and delivered nothing. After 24 hours, I tried contacting them. Phone has been disconnected. No response to email. Person on Chat told me the order had been cancelled, even though i never cancelled it. Promised me a refund within 72 hours. Never arrived. Contacted them multiple ties over 2 weeks, each time promised refund with 48 hours. Never arrived. They stole my money and they will steal yours too.

They fave me a free upgrade to Home and Business for MAC when I ordered the Home and Student version. I tried Outlook and got the hang of it. I prefer it compared to Macmail. If it hadn't been for the free upgrade, I wouldn't be enjoying it. Thanks!
