Took forever to get. Resemblance was not even close to the pics I sent. Despite the website saying that they send out proofs, they did not. Paid extra for a "bobblehead" but it only moves if you push it with your fingers. The website is full of false advertising regarding production time and shipping time. I paid for expedited shipping before I discovered that they're located in China. Plus they have the nerve to solicit a tip during checkout! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a custom bobble head from MyFaceBobble heads as an X-mas gift for my wife. Given the amount of money they cost, one would expect a higher quality product. The bobble head I received is poor quality and looks nothing like my wife. It actually looks more like the face of a man rather than a woman. The head barely even "bobbles" to boot. I should have done some more research before placing my order, because clearly MyFaceBobbleHeads has a very poor reputation judging from all their one star reviews. If you are looking to purchase a custom bobble head please look for other options. There are plenty of U.S. manufacturers on Etsy, which is far better quality than this cheap Chinese thing I received that I unfortunately paid way too much for.

Absolutely bad.

We invested the expensive money for our wedding in the figure. We can only advise against it. The couple is nothing like us. Thumbs down. Our dog doesn't look like a Labrador either. Absolutely bad.

The head they made was so different from the original person that nobody would be able to guess whose bobble head that was. They didn't match any facial feature, not even the basic shape of the face. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Seems like they just took a premade head and tried to put some color on it. When I canceled, they charged almost half the price and the head wasn't even half done. That must be how their business sustains: they get the order, spend few minutes painting the existing head and charge you half for doing nothing. CATASTROPHE! DISGRACEFUL!

The creative process was great. I didn't know I will have the option to change or give feedback during the process. It was courteous and quick. Very efficient and pleasing. I WILL USE THEM NEXT TIME AGAIN.

This was one of my worst online experiences -- they soak you for up-charges throughout the entire buying process, then inform you that they can't live up to any advanced delivery services that you paid for as an additional charge...When you go to cancel the order, which I did within hours of placing the order, they inform you that there will be a 40% service charge for cancelling -- which, of course, inspires you to keep the existing order in place.

Once received, the other up-charges come to light as being complete RIP-OFFS, like the personalized inscription (which, as delivered, was nothing more that a sticker).

My advice: AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- you'll thank me!

After showing up later than expected, I did not feel my bobble head looked much like my target or the photo sent. And then I noticed the Worlds Best Boss read "world best boss" and easily fell off as did the eyeglasses ( peeled off) and the shirt collar. I contacted for a refund and offered to return, they were prompt in response but after 5-6 back and forth I took the $50 (orig cost total of $144) and gave up. I now have a friend that is going to try and fix it, it's 2 months after I wanted to give it and I'll end up giving the $50 refund. + some to my friend for the help. Use another site, the look was one thing but the doll quality, premium box ($10) that came busted was a bust.

Unfortunately I spent $160 for a couple bobble head for Valentines Day that does not resemble the pictures AT ALL. The heads don't bobble (which I paid extra for) and it was supposed to be engraved on the bottom with our names (it was literally a clear label with our names typed on it). Also, it was supposed to say "King" on the man's pant leg and "Queen" on the woman's. They both said King AND it was written with an ink pen! To top it off, it was sent in a box that was torn up! WORST experience EVER and I am highly dissatisfied. Please spend your money with a reputable business.

So I ordered threw this company and I already figured it would take awhile for anything to be shipped and made but a month passed by and didn't even receive a update or anything like the just the just the original confirmation email that I paid. So I emailed this company where they pretty much told me we have no records of you even being on here. So I sent them a picture of their confirmation email where they replied back and said looks like a email from us but we have no records for you at all sounds like you signed up for a scam…. Honestly this company is a scam and I would look for something else and stay away from this headache company!

I purchased 3 bobbleheads from this company and I was only really ecstatic about 1 of the 3, but I am not upset over this, and here is why….

Lesson #1 - Don't pay the extra money for "expedited shipping!" like many upset customers, I only did my research into this company after placing my order. I was so enamored by what I saw on the site I was excited to place an order for a fun Christmas gift! Wish I knew how long this could take so I would not have spent the extra money on "expedited shipping." This only refers to how quick your product ships, not how long it takes to create. So if you order one, you are going to have to be patient. The shipping might be fast, but it still takes weeks to make the product. Mine took 5 weeks to arrive from China.

Lesson #2 - Don't order Kids- My jaw dropped when I saw my boyfriend's "cool doctor" bobblehead. It looked so much like him! Sure, there were some minor things I wish were different, but all in all, it's an accurate representation for him, which is what bobbleheads are— just a representation! This gave me high hopes for the 2 I ordered for his kids, ages 9 and 13. I can tell they gave great effort to carve them, because they even nailed the little gap-tooth in the youngest, but clearly they can't do delicate child-like facial features. The kids look like 20/30 year olds.

Lesson #3 - For the cost of this product, reserve this gift for a loved one. They will cherish it the most even if you don't think it looks like them and that makes this gift priceless.They will appreciate the thought the most!

I would consider purchasing another bobblehead in the future from this company. My advice to other customers is that you just have to remember that this is meant to be a fun representation of ADULTS (not an identical spitting image) and you will have a great gift someone will appreciate.

The bobble head I received looked nothing like the picture I sent of my brother. He is blonde with blue green eyes and a flatter nose that is proportionately spaced. I received back a jet black haired bobble head with a different shaped head and narrow close together blue eyes. There was no resemblance whatsoever. When I looked closer at the receipt they sent me, it actually had a picture of some other guy on it. The bike I paid to have with the bobble head was super flimsy and looked liked it had been created with a substance like play dough. They made a lot of excuses as to why they couldn't fix my bobble head and only agreed to send back 20 % of the purchase price, which I have yet to see.

Paid for express shipping, came 3 weeks late. Looks cheap, not anything like picture Piece of crap. Totally underwhelmed. Only good thing was the box it came in was really nice. The actual bobblehead, not so much. Head is much smaller than pictures on site.

This company needs to be out of business. They did a horrible job and will not my funds. The bobble head looks nothing like the picture. They keep telling me it's 3D Cartoonization. Please stay away from this company.

I paid extra for the "VIP" service so they can deliver before Christmas. It's been more than a month since I ordered and the product is nowhere to be seen. They promised a refund via Email. No response since then...I'm down 200 bucks and waited 40 days for this stupid company. Please do not order and let the company die already...

The $#*!ing nerve. 40% restocking Fee when they haven't even made the product. Which was two weeks behind when I decided to cancel my order. They stay in business by ripping people off. If you notice on there website all there reviews are 5 stars but you can't leave a review anywhere on there site. Scam.

Product didn't look anything like the preview. Arrived broken and they won't refund me accordingly to their site. I should get 60% back, they offered me 10% so I can buy glue and fix it.
Absolutely horrendous product and customer service.
