I have funderful ADHD, so I also have insomnia. I've been known to go weeks only a few hours of sleep, and let me tell you, that's about as fun as having a salmon take you out to dinner and then sneak out the bathroom window and stick you with the bill. In the rare case that's never happened to you, let me just tell you that it sucks!
I've tried all kinds of things to fall asleep. Diphenhydramine, listening to Nickelback, exercising, dropping an anvil on my head, making my room pitch black, chamomile tea, huffing powdered sugar, you know, the works!
But I've found this sleep aid works pretty well. Not only does it pretty much put me in a coma, but when I wake up, I feel well rested, and now I no longer have to listen to Nickelback. That alone is worth the cost of these things!
If you have trouble sleeping and nothing else has worked, maybe give them a try and see if they work for you. If nothing else, at least you never got dumped by a salmon!
