Going into a normal supermarket or even Wholefood and trying to only buy GMO free food is quite a challenge and requires (reading glasses) studying the fine print of almost every package you pick up that is not USDA certified organic.
If you want to find out if your non organic candies, crackers or backing mixtures are non GMO this website will make it easy to find out and help you to find other brands that are non GMO.
