These guys actually have humans that will answer the phone. I needed a drive delivered on a Saturday. I was concerned since it was late in the day. I called and was assured it would indeed go out. Great customer service!
We needed jump drives quickly and at an affordable price, and we were thrilled that we discovered you. The product was shipped quickly and was delivered in less than a week half way across the country!
I went-in to buy a couple of MicroSD cards from them. I needed to use them the same day, so I called them and asked to prepare the order ASAP. They were willing to accommodate my request and made the order available for pick-up 1.5 hours after placing it. All that despite the fact that I made it clear that I'm not a prospective high-volume customer. Greatly appreciate the help!

Was going well for years and we were doing thousands of dollars a year with them. Then a billing system change caused their website to overcharge our company on two orders. I noticed the pricing error while placing the second order and that was corrected. For four months I went back and forth via email and phone trying to get them to fix the first pricing error. My sales contact kept telling me they could fix it as soon as someone else returned from vacation. After their vacation they said there was no error and I was billed correctly. This was not the case and anyone looking at our billing history could clearly see that. At this point I gave up the refund we were due and began shopping elsewhere. We buy in bulk and I am happy to have found another site that sells name brand cards at much better prices than the generic ones cost here. They also include the case rather than charging extra for them. Won't give them our business again.
Needed several thumb drives to back up important information. This company had a fabulous sale online of some high-capacity units and within 2 days of ordering, the items were in my mailbox! They are now currently doing their job and I am completely satisfied!
Fabulous customer service. I recently acquired an older Sony point and shoot camera... difficult parts to find... FOUND. Appreciated time and patience from staff. Will be returning for more purchases.
