I believe this company is completely ill equipped to deliver to the United States. I ordered a dress that was expensive, I paid for expedited. Shipping to arrive in 3 to 5 days. I'm currently at day 15 with no dress, DHL has no idea where the packages, pepper mayo, does not provide any phone numbers where you can actually speak to someone and it takes 3 to 5 days for them to respond to your email. The shipper will not provide me any information to the package and my event was ruined because they continuously told me it was going to be delivered every day Until the event day. I will never use this company again and there are at least five other people in the same situation as me on social media trying to get a hold of them. Do not use.

Peppermayo is an online clothing website mainly selling fashionable basic pieces and targeted towards the teenage/young adult female population. Their clothes are very stylish, and often place a twist on classic "basic" styles to spice up the outfit design. Although their prices are generally higher compared to fast fashion websites, their clothes have great quality and fit really well on me. I had ordered some jeans for an event from them one day and paid extra for express shipping. Didn't even SEND OUT until a week later, I had even emailed the team within that week asking where my package was and got no response. So I will obviously be never shopping there again. P.S. I am not a Karen lol

I ordered a dress weeks ago and let alone receiving it I haven't even gotten a proper delivery update or a response from the team. I've reached out to their contact email and filled out several forms but they never responded. I never got my order. It's unacceptable how they carry out their business. I'm never shopping from them ever again and I'd advise you to seriously reconsider if you're looking to buy anything from them. You can easily find something else with much better service.

I really wanted to like this company, but the shipping and return experience has been awful. The items I had shipped multiple times did not show up, and when I tried to return items the packages were lost. I would pay more for assurance that my items would get to me and be able to be returned safely. Don't waste your time or money.

Second time writing this review because I don't know what happened the first time. This business is a scam… I ordered a dress over almost 2 months ago and when I called it led to some person who was in a room with music that was blasting and could barely hear me. Apparently they sent The original dress to a wrong address which I think is a lie because I'm seeing that excuse on a lot of other people's experiences. They done said that they would send it to me and I haven't received any update and now they are no longer answering any phone calls. This is this is a scam and it should get shut down ASAP

When trying to get in touch with customer service the hours on the website we're incorrect and the person I did get in touch with was not very helpful. Additionally, I only purchased some items in multiple sizes knowing I could return the size that didn't fit, but when attempting to return them the website didn't allow it.

Overall policies are vague and customer service isn't good.

I ordered a top for my bachelorette and it never came. I told them that it never shipped and showed them proof of purchase, and they said that they were notified that the shipment got lost. After that, I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. Not only did I not receive the top, but they took $70 with no intention to return it. I will never shop here again.

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have reached out multiple times via email and via phone. They don't even pick up their phone lines, they just go straight to voicemail. I have threatened legal action and got one response that said "we are on vacation." My $300 order of clothing was never received by me and I am now at a loss of this money. I had to file a police report and still I have heard NOTHING from Peppermayo. I am about to get lawyers involved because this is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a very expensive dress which was delivered to the wrong house. I emailed proof of the dress being sent to the wrong home, 45 minutes away from mine. Peppermayo refuses to give me a refund or send a replacement. I have emailed a countless amount of times.
