I contacted Kent Lee to inquire about the cost of updating my resume. I was told if I completed a review that I would receive a resume update at no charge. Therefore, I did a review. Since then, I submitted an updated form and emailed it. I did not receive a response so I called. After a couple months, I received a call stating that business was busy, which I totally understand. However, I was assured that I would receive the update in a couple days. To date I have not received anything... not even a return call or email. I have emailed and called/left messages several times.
If the courtesy update post a review was not a valid offer, then it should never been communicated. It has been almost six months since my initial request. I have referred many people to Kent Lee/Perfect Resume as I previously considered the service great. I am highly disappointed with the present service
After paying Kent $524 to update my resume in Jan, he won't return calls or emails for three months and hasn't refunded my money. He did nothing but send me an information guestionare which I filled out and sent back to him. DON'T pay this guy upfront and risk being ripped off like I was.
