Perpay IS the BEST

I have purchased several items through Perpay. This is an easy, hassle free, convenient way to purchase items. I have the ability now to buy things that otherwise wouldn't be able to. For example, I surprised my son with a top quality drone for his birthday. I love the convenience of the payments being directly deposited from my employer on payday. I don't have to worry about forgetting a payment, and I am able to pay extra when I want.
The customer service team is outstanding. Many online shopping company's have poor support, but Perpay has prompt, helpful, and empathetic people who are ready and willing to help.
I had an issue with a payment from my employer and Rob and Steven helped me fix the problem. They emailed back right away and we corresponded back and forth through the day and evening I'm so grateful to have suck an awesome experience in resolving my issue. I will remain a loyal customer with all of my online shopping purchases.

You are a slow to respond to customers…..

It take you all entirely too long in the Customerservice department to respond to text and emails. You have to wait days and days and days and days for a response that needs to change… you all have customers waiting too long to get an answer for something so simple…

VR headset

My headset will not pair to no phones in my house I've been trying to contact you guys for a whole month no response you don't have a number I can contact you at you only have this email and you're still not responding I think it's very unprofessional

Support through chat is fast and easy

Support through chat was fast, very easy, and didn't take long. I'm appreciative of this service being available. My only issue is that I wish there was a way to track when you receive my first direct deposit and I also wish the credit card could be expedited because I'm financing an upcoming expense and was hoping to have the card sooner rather than later.

Please get better Customer Service

I have been trying for hours and several emails later I still have not received a response from someone who can assist me with speaking to a customer service representative about my issue. I have vision issues and it's frustrating and very difficult for me to communicate via email or text please consider that not everyone wants to be typing out their issues I am personally offended that a company would make it this difficult for those customers who don't have email access all day

I love it but not 100%

Great Quality, Fast shipping... usually, It sucks that it's kind of lie starting over during each purchase. Last purchase I am not happy about at all so far. I've been placing order for about 3 weeks now and it just went through. I have spent a good amount of money already for a fairly new customer so I don't feel as though I should have to re- connect my bank account, or wait until pay day for my order to ship. I should already have my payment registered. I've been at the same job for over 3 years now, same bank account. Also, I've been paying over my amount for my orders so I should be trusted to ship now and pay later or pay with a debit or credit card and continue with paycheck.

Waste of time

All for nothing I repeatedly tried different formats of my proof of income and connected direct deposit and linked my bank account and kept getting the same message only to be asked for my review after my "kind words"

Won't give the card

I have bought several items from this platform. I have the available credit however I keep getting a message to apply at a later time for the credit card. I don't understand why when this is also supposed to be a credit builder so I am unhappy with the way the company Granted you the credit card

My card was declined when I attempted to purchase something off of TikTok. I normally don't have any trouble purchasing things off of there as I have before. So I reached out and my issue was resolved in literally about 10 minutes or less. Super satisfied I must say!

I've been with Perpay almost 2 years and I have been able to get things I've been wanting with great payment options. Delivery of the goods I order is usually fast and smooth. Also, customer service has greatly improved since I joined. Quality option and a nice variety to choose from. I noticed that Perpay keeps adding different items and I'd love to see even more options. Being able to make payments and sometimes get the product shipped before a payment is direct deposited is wonderful. Of course you have to have a good payment history with them to get an item before the next direct deposit hits. Make sure that you have enough being deposited to your account so that you wont have to update the amount you have deposit before your item(s) ships. Overall, I really don't have any complaints so far.

How in the world does a business not have a working phone number? Email only, which by the way they will take ALL DAY to respond. They never fully answer or resolve anything. I ordered a handbag which was past the 3-5 days for shipping so i asked for it to be cancelled NO JOKE, I literally had to email about 20 times for them to cancel the order. I have ordered several things….no issue then all of a sudden I have had issues getting my most recent order. Same crap, blaming the distribution company for shipping issues. It's always "we will reach out to our distributor and get back to you WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. No updates Unless you email THEM a million times I decided to give them another chance, placed another order that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days … guess what it's past the shipping time yet again. WHERE IS MY ORDER PERPAY? At this point you all have a few days to get my order out because I will be taking legal action. You have received two direct deposits from me and STILL HAVE NOT shipped my purchase. Can't you see all these NEGATIVE reviews? You all should be ashamed of your terrible customer service. Do better.
