Spent a lot of money for this company to do mailings for my small business. After a few and zero return on my investment I told them I was done and not wasting more money on mailings. Fast forward to today 7/6/24 I see an unathorized charge on my bank account for $750 from them. I thought I was free from them finally untill today. Small Businesses be weary! Zero return on your investment and all they say is you have to keep mailing. (meaning more money and more money) and then charged without knowledge for who knows what.

I did a mailing with about 3,000 addresses and 9,000 mailings (each address was targeted 3x).

Out of ~3,000 homes, about 10% were return to sender (my office) and we only got two calls back--both of which were demanding we take them "off our list."

We know none of the addresses called us back because we were targeting specific areas and neighborhoods. None of which, I repeat, none of which called us or contacted us.

It has been ~4-5 months since the initial mailing and we're at 0% ROI.

That's thousands of dollars thrown down the tubes.

Nice people work there but print is dead.

We tired to do a mailer campaign, there were so many representatives involved in the process and the company was so disorganized. High turnover so you never know if your email will go through to the person you were talking to last week. They sent 10,000 mailers to BUSINESS addresses when they were supposed to go residential which is a huge mess up. Then they wanted to re-do the whole campaign and did the same thing.

This company up sales and you end up spending way more than needed. So many people are involved so your goal is completely lost and they make mistakes. I'm very suspicious about the digital campaign, finding it difficult to believe it's reaching real people.

Terrible list 1/2 came back first time, modified list and a lot came back second time. Customer service promised refund but did not give credit or refund! Poor communications contacted President who did not bother to respond! Did not get one single response from mailing. Thats never happened in 70 years of us doing mailings! Very poor response and communications with PotcardMania!

This is a scam. Fraudulent company. Avoid at all cost. I will be seeking legal remedy as well as filing an injunction to have this company cease and desist its fraudulent operations.

THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, SPENDING HOURS LISTENING TO EXPERTS IN MAILING LISTS AND DESIGN AT POSTCARDMANIA AND NO RESULTS. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND ZERO RETURN ON INVESTMENT. AND THEY REPLIED SORRY WE CAN'T GUARANTEE RESULTS.

When talking with them to start my campaign, they had suggested sending 1000 mailers out a month and 3 free months of their advertising on Facebook and Google for my insurance company. After mailing out the first thousand and getting zero responses, I voiced concern. They told me you have to give it at least three mailings before they can evaluate it. So of course, I listened but after the second mailing, getting the same results, I'm still biting my tongue. Meanwhile, I'm paying $360 for first-class postage on all of these.
So the third mailing goes out and out of 3000 cards, I get 2 responses. Also, they informed me there were over 800 clicks to my website, and out of those 800, I got zero calls and zero inquiries via email. The response on that was "at least you got your logo and name out" even though I clearly said that was not the goal. How does that even make sense not even 1 person out of 800 reached out?
Eventually, I finally get to talk to Jordanna in quality control who I was told was the highest-ranking person that I could talk to in the company. Again, I voiced my concern to her. The first words out of her mouth were "we don't guarantee results". She repeats this at least 10 times during our conversation. I told her I understand it's not a guarantee but what I was looking for was the 1% - 2% response which is what I was told was the performance rate of their campaigns. Again, they told me, "We don't guarantee results". It seems like that's the only thing they can guarantee is that they don't guarantee what they say they do.
