Overall, the app and web browser version of PostScan are easy to navigate. Everything is simple. BUT when I do select something to be forwarded, it takes 2 weeks or more to arrive, and there is no tracking number to track estimated date of arrival. It is 12/20 and I am still waiting for something I asked to be forwarded on 12/9.I wish this would have been made clear before signing up for the service. Additionally, documents which I select to be scanned are not showing up in the Archived Scans or anywhere else.
Very fast well done enjoy time well spent. First time with scan mail well be very willing to passing info on. Really do enjoy the app on my phone
