During the past 4 years I've purchased 3 of the VP-78 recorder pens to use in my business. Initially the pens worked well. But now none of the pens is working. They fully charge, but do not record. I have contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. I'm simply looking for a possible technical solution so I can use these devices.
Great product! I wish the instructions were printed larger, as I could barely read them. But once I figured out how to work the product, I am very satisfied! Works great! I highly recommend this pen to anyone in the market for a covert recording device.

2nd purchase with Proof Pronto. They always describe their products very well. The voice activated recorder is overpriced, in my opinion. The on and off switch is very cumbersome and for the money I think they could design that differently.
Needed more information about the product. I want to track people on a large farm. Not sure if I need any software for my computer.
The question " how satisfied are you with the product?" is asked before you use it and can give an honest answer.
Product was delivered in two shipments leading me to believe that the shipment was not correct. However when the next shipment arrived it was as ordered.
Lots of information, it was easy to find to product that was right for me. And free shipping is great!
Update: received my items even faster than expected in a plain box as promise. Devices were easy to setup, thanks to chat assistance.
I've ordered two products. The first product was good, the second product is not of high quality. I emailed them for a possible return and refund and got no response. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this store. Also some of their products are extremely overpriced.

Update: Just received my order, and it came in an unmarked package as promised and very carefully packaged. Had a little trouble using the devices, but got help from customer service and everything works as described. Very satisfied with my purchase!
