I will keep this short and to the point. I paid for a solution only to be provided a small portion of the solution and then a few torrent website links where the rest of the solution was supposed to be.
I have reach to customer service 3 times and have been completely ignored.
This site is nothing but a scam. I will laugh if they comment on here with some BS about reaching out to them because that has been done and it's been weeks without a reply.
In this pandemic with online classes and nobody around to help me, I was stuck on so many problems of different subjects especially economics and mathematics. About this platform the most important thing I loved is the variety of solutions for different subjects that are already there to help you with stepwise detailed explanation. Indeed incredible!

I submitted my question--made payment with my cc and never got my solution. Tried reaching customer service and total silence. It's been 3 days now and still nothing. I feel like they stole my money and now asking for a refund and can't get in touch with anyone.

Advertise content but when you buy the subscription the content is s$^$t and not even complete, so i obviously cancel my subscription and even though the month is paid for they remove all access immediately, they also say easy refund policy then say no refund in their FAQs what kind of SCAM IS THAT? I want an immediate refund, will update this review if I get one.
If there is a zero rating I will definitely put it! I did not sign up for their stupid website yet my card has been charge for a couple of months. Been emailing them as their stupid website has no phone number but nonody responded to me! STUPID WEBSITE! DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS!
