This place is a SCAM! Not only did they lie every step of the way, not giving us ANY of the reach that was promised. They are nearly impossible to reach. Our Christmas season was ruined after being given only 3 states coverage and using key words that have nothing to do with our business. The Corporate office said we would be refunded, then management (Rich) said we would be refunded, and after we were promised our money back with apologies they STILL KEEP TAKING IT! THEN after we regretfully resort to charge backs on the additional charges... they are still disputing it saying that we had a contract when we have multiple emails from them saying we are being refunded. Not to mention we were told that they canceled our initial google ads...also a lie. We were charged by Google and Reach Local. I hate for this to happen to anyone, please be advised before you lose the thousands of dollars that we have.
They took care of my website and made it into what I wanted! They also got everything up and running the way it should, I have no complaints.

I have used at least 7 other agencies and consultants over the year who have always over promised and completely under delivered. Not Tara at reach local, she told me what I would get and she was absolutely correct My surgical consults and closures have more than doubled and my non surgical business is much improved as well. My ROI is finally what a consultant has promised. I could be happier. Everyone should reach out to Tara and hire her it will be a game changer for your practice. I do not give rave reviews often but she is the bomb and a rock star in web marketing. Thank You Tara!

I have been a customer since December 2019. So far they have missed their deadline to go live with geographical tar getting. The representative is on vacation and before leaving stated someone from IT would contact me by Feb 17,2020. No one has. I have left at least 3 messages with the manager John Graham since Monday, no one has called me. I am ready to fire these people for lack of customer service, breach of contract and anything else my lawyer can think of
Would not recommend- signed a contract under different terms. Stayed in agreement- switched and first time in the time of the Internet our business website has been down for 4 days and we are locked out. After all the money paid.
