The discount code I tried to use didn't work so that was disappointing.

While the products I received appeared to be of excellent quality, all of the three products I ordered were too small for me. I'm hoping to be able to exchange them for the correct sizes.

I ordered the wrong size & reached out to Shapellx Customer Care to get approval to exchange the product for the correct size. I received an immediate response from Victoria from Customer Care and was promised a replacement expeditiously.
I received my replacement order today and am very pleased.

Customer service was excellent I had read so many bad reviews but for me they were nice and responded swiftly to answer my questions and help me understand the process. I love my jumpsuit it fit very well and it's just as described... Thank you!

I like the quality of the products, however I wish that they could compress a bit better, especially the mid area and the back. But overall the product does its job.

I do wish customer service was available more, I tried the chat and no luck at all, even sending the message to be answered and nothing. But overall I'm okay with what I got. I hope more discounts or promotions come about. These are expensive

If it do what they say it will be a great buy and I love it! It just took so long to get it, placed my orders in January 18, didn't receive until February 7!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and some of the instructions were a little unclear on how to go about getting an exchange. But I'm glad to say, everything worked out and my exchange is on it's way! I will definitely will be ordering different styles.

I appreciate the fact that you guys are very informative about the products and also the return process was very easy and simple. My mom loved her shape wear it made her feel really beautiful and flattened her out

Loved how the suit fit. It fits like a corset which I really appreciate because it holds everything in nice and tight, but still extremely comfortable. Great quality swimsuit. Sturdy and thick materials! Would definitely order again.

I ordered 3 from you all an after wearing the black compression but shape 6 to 10 time it's no as durable. They fit well but high waist rolls down. I love products just i could find one that works for me...

I loved my selection & will be buying a lot more soon! The fabric is soft, it doesn't dig into your skin or roll up or down, and it doesn't show through your clothes. The only minor takeaway would be the sound of the fabric rubbing together between your legs when walking. Lol
