!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered July 2023 and still have not received my order. Called numerous times and they stated that they were behind. Finally called two weeks ago and they stated I would receive my items the following week. They hurriedly created a USPS label which does not give you the ability to no longer to cancel the order but USPS states that they just created the label, but never provided them with the item to be delivered. I ordered these clothes for my beginning of child's first day of school, and had to repurchase more clothes at the last minute. Please do not buy from here at all!

I placed an order on July 10th. I only was update when I sent emails which say the same thing. Do to high volume we are having slower shipping/processing times. This could take 3-4 weeks from when the order was placed. This is week August 22nd I got credit for two items, which apparently they do not have the stock. Still saying about 2 weeks for the rest of my order. I have asked to speak with management and still nothing. It says nothing about this on the website. Do not order from here. This was once a nice place to shop. Unsure how much else will not be there if I ever get my order. Very very disappointed. I shop mostly online and have never experienced this even during COVID with Christmas delays.

BACK2SCHOOL SALE
August 11, 2023

I ordered on July 11 and have patiently waited for over a full month for my orders (yes 2 of them since I had school budget left I added some Christmas gifts) to ship and they have not even fulfilled or anything yet. School starts Wednesday and our window is closed to receive them before then. I spent 175.00 here.

Made an order on 6/29 for the $5 shorts and swimsuits deal. I knew they would cancel half of it at least because they always do. I received my order Friday 7/21 and there was nothing in there that I ordered(size 12/14 is what I ordered. And I got one pair of 14 plus shorts and the rest was size 7/8. I emailed them asking for a refund and they sent me a barcode to return the items I got. Subtotal refund was $30. Processing fee $21. My total refund would be $9. No thanks justice I'll just sell the clothes you sent me and get my own money back. Pictures below. Irritated beyond belief

Never again!

I bought over 60 pieces of clothing for my daughter from shopjustice.com and she is an in between size kids so it's hard to find clothes that fit her without being there to see them but I got them on a good sale or what I thought was a good sale and over half of the items I bought did not fit her so I asked to return or exchange them 1st off they will NOT DO EXCHANGES for a bigger size and 2nd they tried to tell me they where going to charge me over $3.50 per Piece to return them and I had to pay for the shipper of my choice to cover the shipping back and then pay for the shipping back for the new ones!?!? Then to just put the cherry on top they then tell me since the items are half the price of what I paid for them now that's the amount I would get back not what I paid for them but half of what I paid and then they say you would PAY US $1.50 per item to take them back! At this point I have already waited 3 months to get my order and then I'm missing 6 pieces and I was double charged for 3 pieces I called and they say oh I can't give you a delivery date because we are on back order and now we don't have the items you where charged for and didn't receive so there is nothing we can do this site is a SCAM if I have ever seen one Are you kidding this was over a $300 order I am beyond mad and I will never ever support purchase or buy anything from JUSTICE EVER AGAIN!

SLOW SHIPPING
June 24, 2023

I ordered swim suits for my girls on June 8th. 1st notification states will ship June 11th. Next notification states June 22nd. Another notification statesafter July 5th. Summer will be over before I get these swimsuits! Very poor time & customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Placed an order in the summer for back to school, didnt receive it until the end of September now the season are changing and because of the lag i had to buy other clothes, they have a nerve to say the also charge for returns. WORST COMPANY EVER no wonder alot of their stores closed down.

Horrible company. They have no morals! Canceling everybody's orders for the $2 sale to turning around & put same clothes on the website for a higher price. Y'all are horrible. Never ever ever again will I shop with justice. Straight TRASH! And LIARS!

The promote a sale they know they can't fill…. No update…. I reach out to them and they tell me it's 14 day delay not counting the 3 weeks I've already waited mind you…and after a month out of the blue they cancel order and still have the same items I ordered on the website at a higher price……scam business

Horrible experience

I placed 3 different orders with Justice, 2 on August 2 and 1 on August 3rd. Today is August 27th and I've only received 1 order which was missing a couple items. I've tried calling the customer service number to keep getting the voice mail saying working on phone lines. This is SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. The order circled saying fulfilled but I have yet to receive it and it saying it was shipped out over a week ago. NEVER AGAIN JUSTICE NEVER AGAIN

Buyer beware
April 5, 2022

My package was mis delivered to the wrong place and this was their response:

"Regrettably, there is nothing we would be able to this at this point. We would suggest contacting your bank for further assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

I was really shocked but more surprised their policy isn't to hold the courier responsible for losing their items and reship my order thru a responsible courier.

I ordered some clothing for a Christmas gifts, on 12/1. Company stayed guaranteed delivery on 12/10. Received an email that my items won't arrive until 12/30. Thanks Justice, for disappointing little girls on Christmas!

Another horrible review! They should be out of business for their horrendous customer service! You can't get through to customer service by phone, the chat line asisstance SUCKS, providing nothing but misinformation to cancel an order. I placed an order in the very beginning of May, it's now May 20th and today i received a package with only one of the 3 items i purchased. They waste no time in charging the credit card but have taken almost 3 weeks to send ONE item on the order. Turns out the other 2 items are still not processed... and therefore haven't shipped. I said to CS rept. Rebecca K.to then cancel the remainder of the order - at first she said she couldn't do it... then said she could send an email to make the request, but wouldn't provide a reference number of my instructions to cancel the order... WHAT ABSOLUTE HELL TO GO THROUGH for just a few articles of clothing.
It is no longer worth the hassle to shop there, especially online.
They blame everything... their customer service being down, the chat limited capabilities, shipping, processing of orders, everything on COVID. But there are plenty of other retailers that got their act together and are sending orders with no or minimal delays.
DON'T SHOP ONLINE OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDERS AGAIN.

Think Twice

I placed an order on 12/01/2019 for 13 pieces so I two different tracking numbers. I received the smallest package on 12/09/2019. And was supposed to receive the other item today 12/10/2019. After research my tracking number I saw that it was returned to sender per senders request. I called and spoke to three different representative. A customer service rep and two supervisors that basically said Oh well you'll get a refund once we get the package back. No empathy what so ever. These items were Christmas items to my daughter. The young lady said you can purchased them again. Now there out of stock. The second young lady said you can wait until the come back in stock. The gentleman said it was not justice fault it's UPS or the post offices fault. None of this is my fault. And I don't feel like I should have to spend more money and not know if it'll happen again or not. I am extremely unhappy with justice. I have never had this problem and has always received wonderful customer service. This is unexpectable. I don't think I would ever buy anything from them again.

I have been shopping at justice for a four years now and they pull alot of shady tricks.

We all know they were sued for putting sale signs up when items never went off sale. Now instead of putting things on sale they offer you free items if you buy x am out of product. They send a few of these free items to the store and they DO NOT include it if you buy online.

Thing of contacting customer service after deals don't go through online? Think again. They say they will contact you in a few days. They wont. It could be two weeks.

Though I do like their items. They stand up toy 9 year olds well. They are over priced. And if your buying in stores? You might not find the right size (heaven forbid you have twins because majority of the time they only have one of a certain size).

Last but not least do NOT order anything that could break in the mail. Luckily I only ordered clothes because the mail man was so embarrassed to drop it off he set it down and ran. The tape the company used fell off during transit and the post office reaped it. The box was smashed. The items were thankfully in plastic inside but the inside was full of dirt! So open it outside unless you already need to vacuum.
