What a rip-off! Not only did I get billed once for the "free trial" they then from the time they sent me an e-mail started the ten day countdown of the trial period. So three days of my trial period were in transit in the mail system. Then I try the crappy product four days later (which also burned my gums) because life was chaotic during that time and since I didn't count the "in transit" time my request to cancel membership and a full refund was denied and they charged my bank account $120.00 for the supposed "FREE" trial. This company is full of deceptive filthy liars who say the terms are clearly outlined but when you read the whole thing it is cleverly disguised with deceptive terms. Who in the hell would really buy a toothpaste for $120.00 dollars? They know that no one EVER would unless they lie, deceive and trick. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
