I once bought their Shipme website which was supposed to be similar to Uship. The site was dysfunctional and its features didn't work, and Sitemile never bothered to help deliver a complete "template". My advice: Stay away from their templates.

WARNING, YOUR MONEY WILL BE LOST!

Trying to work with Andrei has been the worst experience of my life. It all started on 2023-02-28 when I purchased his theme Car Auction Theme, but weeks went by and I never received it. I sent him mails multiple days per weeks demanding delivery of the theme but I always got the same reply "I'm working on it", "It will be ready tomorrow" and many other promises.

Month went by and still no theme so in may of 2023, 3 month after purchase, I demanded a refund since I by then knew Andrei was a pathological liar and a scammer. He finally promised a refund but it never showed up.

Now 11 month after my initial purchase I have still not receive the refund nor the theme. I gave him a chance to refund me for the last couple of days and like always he promises to do it yesterday, but then nothing. Not a response nor a refund.

He have given me no choice but to proceed with a lawsuit against him and his company. My law firm are now putting together 11 month of communication and proof of lack of refund, and will contact the Romanian authorities to prepare everything.

So for your sake, if you think his site and themes looks professional, do not engage with him. Look elsewhere. After our lawsuit agains him and after the authorities get all the proof, his business will be shut down for good. So you will have no support, no help, no refund and no work after purchase.

Andrei have removed my earlier review on Trustpilot by telling them that I'm not a customer, but to give Trustpilot and Sitejabber PROOF, my order number is ******* and they can contact me to get all required documents they want.

We consider them to have good themes and the support is decent via live chat and email. I think they are a good theme provider, nothing bad to report.

Absolutely bad support. They stay for 3 months in "being processed" to my support request, and never answered to my bug resolution request. I got my website broken for 3 months and as well they refused to give money back. Don't trust in their business

Great work on our app guys, fantastic effort for making this work. Everything works flawless and the support was there with us

These guys pushed us off week after week. We paid for a lifetime account with support. The 2 themes we downloaded didn't work at all. I run a tech company and use Wordpress all the time and buy themes, This looked like a great deal, I figured if I can get one theme to work out of the list, I would make my money back. The sales guy was helpful, and that's where everything stopped. We downloaded 2 different themes. We opened tickets to get support because the theme didn't work. Week after week we got excuses. If your looking at the domain selling theme or the fiverr style theme, don't bother. They will take your money and you wont get anything in return. Stear clear.

I have tried over and over to be patient with this company, but they are just terrible! Support never replies, there is NO documentation to the theme. They state they have 5 stars on trust pilot which is just a screen shot they put on their website, not their actual rating.

They state they have the "best customer support" and when I asked about it, the owner replied "we do have the best support, other companies take days to reply"

So what he's saying is that their support isn't great, it's just somewhat better than their competitors.

It's impossible to get anything done with these people. The theme lacks necessary widgets to make this a functional theme.

I finally ditched it and went with TaskHive which I would HIGHLY recommend over this company.

Spend your money elsewhere!

Avoid this scummers. They will take your money and will not deliver.

I honestly like the service and the other features of your website. I would like to commend you to your hard work.

We had to develop an an app and a website, and everything went well from the start. The initial discussion, the price quote, the aftersales support. We were able to have zoom calls every week and status reports every few days. They are good and professional.

Le compré un Theme hace meses y sólo ha dado excusas y promesas de que va a arreglar el asunto en unos días más. Y así ha pasado semana tras semana. Primero me envió un theme vacío, luego me envió uno que no era, mintió que estaba enfermo y no respondía, luego me envió una demo en vez de un theme activo, esa demo no se podía traducir y bueno, no me sirve de nada tener una demo. Le llevo diciendo durante semana que me devuelva mi dinero o que me entregue el theme que sí funciona. Pero han sido solo promesas que no cumple. Le dije que lo iba a evaluar mal. También le dije que el hecho de venderme algo que no sirve y no devolverme el dinero era una estafa. No me respondió más.

We ordered an Auction App from these guys and were told 4 weeks on the auction app build. 9 months later we still have nothing. He kept dragging it out and dragging it out. Always saying I'll have a link for you by the weekend. We give up. The customer is mad.
