When I first ordered my Smallwood frames the frames were not in top notch quality. The plastic was pushed in past the metal pegs as if they were not assembled and packaged with care. With the amount of money I spent I was not happy. I reached out to support and they made things right by replacing the destructed frames which was truly appreciated.
Over all it was good. Ashley answered 2 of my 3 questions right away. After asking if the size was available on the web page a couple of times I never got an answer. So I ordered the closest size. I hope it works. The size they gave me was not listed anywhere.

One of our framed wall art pics came back blurry. Knew it was a high res picture and they quickly asked for jpeg again and made it right. Super easy to deal with Smallwood and aimed to please!
Pics came out a lot darker than image showed. Reached out. Sent pic. They wanted another Pic. Sent pic. They wanted another Pic. $130 for items that are very dark and not what it looked like when ordering. I offered to send back.

I uploaded a photo that was too blurry and was contacted by Smallwoods to replace the photo. Any other place would've just printed the photo and blamed me for my error. I truly appreciate the way they look at every order and make sure it meets their standards.
I purchased a large print for my newly remodeled bedroom, and when the order arrived, there was a crease on the actual print that was obvious. I immediately contacted customer service, and without question, a new print was ordered and delivered within less than a week! Excellent customer service and quality product. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
I was unhappy with my picture quality, I uploaded it incorrectly…. And they easily fixed the problem for me and made suggestions how to upload it better and even let me select a better pic! Fast, helpful and kind responses! Some of the best customer service i've ever received!

First package came in damaged. Notified them and they sent a replacement with no problems.
I absolutely love the quality of the frame and how light weight these are for hanging. I have multiple pieces from their holiday collection, however this was my first custom order. My only complaint is that one of the three photos are blurry. It may have been that the quality I uploaded wasn't large enough, but it should have been and there wasn't any checks and balances from their software or build team. Overall- I'm still happy with the order; I would just encourage anyone ordering to confirm your photo resolution exceeds their recommended size.
Something went wrong when uploading my photos and they all showed up blank. Customer service emailed me and worked with me through email to fulfill my order. They were informative, friendly, and efficient!
My original picture I sent wasn't quite as clear as I thought in the picture came out a little AI generated to help fix but I wasn't happy with it. I emailed them and they fixed it right away and sent me another 100% recommend this picture company!
Smallwoods was great with reordering a picture that needed to be zoomed in more to match the other pictures that were ordered.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
