I ordered something close to a month ago

I ordered something close to a month ago. The company has no customer service phone number so I can't get a status on my order. I have emailed two requests now. I have no idea when or if order will ship and how long it will take. I don't know if order is on backorder because no one will respond. It seems a little shady.
