First, the dates you entered for check-in and check-out change after you hit submit (mine showed a full week later). Then, customer service at super.com says nothing can be done because you did not add the $15 change fee when making the reservation. THEN (this is where you start to really catch on), they claim they MIGHT be able to modify your reservation, but it will be an additional $30. They also are purposely slow to get your confirmation number put in the system, making it impossible for the hotel where you are checking in to even pull up your reservation and manually move your dates.
I booked a hotel with a refund option, but Super.com refuses to refund me to my credit card and demands my personal bank details—totally unsafe and suspicious!
Their customer service is useless—they keep repeating, "This is the only option," ignoring my concerns. Wasted hours with their nonsense.
This company is a SCAM—they delay, deceive, and dodge refunds.
We understand the importance of a smooth refund process. If your booking included an Enhanced Refund add-on, it is handled separately from the hotel rate and processed through our refund partner. Please follow their online steps to proceed, which may require additional details. If they confirmed eligibility, your refund will be issued accordingly.
Great experience and easy, why do You ask for a tip of $22,,,at the very least give the customer an option to tip there desired amount not your set gratuity price of $22. I did all the work, therefore no tip!
I paid for a refundable stay. Had to move to a different city and they would not refund my booking. The hotel said they would agree to a refund if contacted by Super.com, and they would not contact the hotel. When I tried to apply on their site for a refund, they wanted my bank account information rather than the card I used to issue a refund. DO NOT DO THIS! When contacted by Discover Card Services, they lied to the credit company, and now I am being recharged for a stay I did not use. The hotel was contacted three times and agreed to cancel, but Super refused to contact the hotel to verify.
Hey Paul,
We appreciate you reaching out and understand that navigating refunds can sometimes be confusing. The Enhanced Refund option you selected offers extra flexibility, but it does have specific terms that require documentation to process. These terms were outlined at the time of purchase to ensure fairness for all customers.
If your situation meets the criteria, submitting the required proof is all that’s needed to move forward. You can review the full policy here: [https://www.refundable.me/extended/en/]. We’re happy to help if you need any guidance on the process!
Was using Super.com for the first time to book my hotel in Singapore and it was really easy to navigate and also provide good rates compared to the rest that I've seen. Will sure to use them again for future bookings.
Crowded a wee bit at mom's. Never fear: within 5 minutes distance there's a hotel and these guys hook you up. Actually get to the hotel and the dude hooked me up further too. Lucky? Perhaps. Risk it.
Best deals among all platform. I tried to find the 3 nights trip and among all tons of booking website, I can say super.com is the best deal I can get. Such a great saving. Thank you.
My experience has been very good. The price is perfect and I love that I get an immediate confirmation with the hotel
While booking on Super.com as a new member, I reviewed my information and hit submit. When I got the confirmation, my last name was spelt wrong (missing letters and out of order). I immediately contacted their chat help where I was disconnected several times and was told it would be $15 to change my name on the reservation because it could not be a system error. Again, I got disconnected while talking to them which they claimed indeed was a technical error. I called and spoke to someone on the phone who wanted $30 to change the name but they could not get ahold of the hotel and would call me back. While trying to resolve this and my name on file via chat, I got another error message stating there was a connection error.
I am not sure how well established this company is or if I had a poor cell phone connection for data but there were clear errors. These were discovered immedietly upon confirmation and brought to their attention. It has been frustrating to solve this as they charged me $15 for an error which that most likely occurred due to faulty technical issues occurring between my device and their website. They do not have consistent policies and their workers to do not have authorization to correct errors. While their employee eventually was able to tell me he got the name changed and got a confirmation number after calling the hotel, I won't know until I get to the hotel because I have nothing in writing. The rep was kind enough to contact the hotel but charged me $15 for faulty systems and lack an ability to rectify. Also, they advised I have to call back tomorrow just to get them to correct my name in their system.
While this gives me a lot of concern for my reservation being filed correctly, I should at the very least not be liable for this $15 charge for technical errors and get a new confirmation with the correct information on it.
Hi Leo, thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of resolving issues like these efficiently. Name corrections can sometimes involve third-party policies, but we’ll review this situation to identify areas for improvement. Your input helps us refine our processes, and we value the time you took to bring this to our attention.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
