Taste Of Home

I canceled my subscription in August and received the confirmation email for canceling. This past week i was billed for another year after having canceled. I'm not sure if this is illegal but it is scammy and highly unethical.

I have found Taste of Home a great place to learn about cooking and baking. My first introduction was a gift subscription from my Mother to their monthly magazine many years ago. I eventually purchased a couple of their cookbooks. The reason I love their website is that it is free of charge and you can search for recipes by category, such as slow cooker meals. I also like that I can learn about many different kitchen tools, techniques and ingredient substitutions. An essential reference guide for home cooks.

They say there are reviews for their recipes but there aren't any. I've made several recipes at various times and follow exact directions and it wasted my ingredients! How awful! I wish I could block them so I don't forget n waste my time looking at their recipes n not pay attention of whose they are. I'm done with Taste of Home. What liars to say they have reviews but don't allow you to see them.
At least others have where you may see the reviews so you can get suggestions to help with the recipe or the truth about how theirs turned out after using the recipe which is so helpful!
So far every recipe that they had, that I made, has been terrible!
I used exact ingredients and did as directed in directions.

I signed up for the book club and it says that you can cancel at any time. I have canceled several months in a row and received verification of my cancelling, yet I keep getting charged. Don't sign up.
