Booked a cab from delhi for morning 8 am. I followed whole night earlier to get taxi details for which rudely they kept delaying to contact 1 hour later each time. Then at 4 am they mentioned that booking is canceled. How someone supposed to arrange alternative for long journey taxi in last minute while traveling? Very unprofessional behavior. Seeing other reviews that they don't even refund advance so doing a fraud business. Never use their service

So i had made a booking this month and to my surprise i had received no details till the date of my booking. I kept calling them and got the response that the team will check and get back to you. They had asked for an advance payment as well to which i agreed and now when i am asking for a refund of my booking, the team is nowhere to be seen. They are fake guys, they do not stand to their ethics. I would never recommend anyone using taxi bazaar ever. #cheaters

I booked a cab last month from Delhi to Nainital.Driver was will on time and was very helpful.Team also ensured everything well planned.I landed at Delhi airport arounf 5pm but mentioned time was 3pm.Flight got delayed by 3hrs but no waiting charges were taken.Will rebook when back to India next time

Don't book cabs from this website. The employees are very rude and won't help you at all. The rides are not confirmed until the last minute. The drivers will stop the ride midway (between a highway) and ask for extra money to start the trip again. The company should hire more professional employees and improve its HR team. WORST WORST WORST!

It was one of the best decisions to choose TaxiBazaar for taxi service. The driver was so professional and he supported us throughout what we used to ask him for.

I have had overall really good experiences with Taxibazaar, having used them a few times now. I first booked service to Jaipur since they offer flat rate fees and lower than other taxi services.On one occasion, I had to call the morning of the pickup due to some last minute computer issues. They were able to push the pickup time back by 15-20 minutes. I decided to use them again on my return. The flight was delayed. When we landed, my cell rang as we were deplaning. I have used them a few times now, and they were on time, and the drivers are pleasant. Highly recommend!
