I contacted the online customer service and required some information regarding the product that they had posted. The lady (shows a lady's picture) was aggressive and rude. I wanted to make sure about the right product before paying them, but she/he couldn't provide proper answers. They even didn't have info about the product they were selling. When they couldn't reply to my technical questions, they banned me! They were pushing me to pay before providing right answers. She replied: Don't buy. Don't waste your time. Move away from our website! Very poor marketing and customer service! I regret wasting my time on their website.
