We are proud to boast more than 110 years of comfort expertise. The Company Store started out as the LaCrosse Garment Manufacturing Company in La Crosse, WI in 1911. Given frigid winters, it’s no surprise the Scandinavian immigrants living there searched for ways to keep warm, crafting the down comforters and featherbeds that were traditional back home, in addition to winter clothing made with down. That quality and craftmanship became the foundation of The Company Store.

Wanted a quality DOWN comforter and put that as my search parameter. I saw a lightweight one. I looked at the pics and saw one with a container of white feathers. Since my current comforter is spitting black feathers I ordered that comforter. It was a down alternative comforter, which I do not want. I was told I can send it back, pay a minimal amount and get my down comforter. Being housebound with lung issues, that was just too much. It arrived later than anticipated, but when it came I decided I'll just keep the inferior fake down comforter. Either study the descriptions or buy somewhere else!
Bought a down comforter recently and it was full of dark feathers that kept poking out - but not for long as they came raining out! It was indeed cheaper than your comforters, but not worth the lower price!
I tried to cancel my order of a new comforter because I decided to use my old one, also purchased at the Company Store. I was unable to cancel it and was given no instruction or help in returning the new one.
Easy to find what I'm looking for and easy to check out. I've been satisfied with everything I've ordered from the Company Store.
The Company Store has beautiful products - and always lovely new things. It's truly unique in its offerings - you'll get new ideas, you'll see beautiful colors, gorgeous new designs - and uncomplicated online ordering - only once did my order go awry and I'm still waiting on that order but every other time my experience with the Company Store has been very good - I have yet to call them to track down the missing order -
You have lovely merchandise - beautiful patterns, always something new, the website works smoothly. It's easier and far more productive to browse through your well-stocked online website -I get ideas looking through your website - I can update the look of our unused bedrooms from the comfort of home -
This quilt has nice rich colors, brighter than in the photos which was a nice surprise. This quilt is thinner than the usual ones from The Company Store but surprisingly warm. I hope this one lasts as long as the last one we purchased from TCS especially with 4 cats making muffins on it all day.

I have bought my bedding and bath supplies from The Company Store now for over 20 years. Every product that I've bought is very good quality, and I still have towels that are over 15 years old. The bedding is top quality as well. My guests always compliment me on the pillows and bedding! And as usual, the pillow I brought is very comfortable and exceeds my expectations. I do not shop anywhere else for my bedding or bath.

All the products that I have bought with The Company Store are outstanding, excellent quality.
I ordered items for a baby's room, but one item sold out and they shipped the other items before I could say I do not want an incomplete set. A fee is charged to restock each item which is frustrating.

Like description of each article with needed measurements
I received 5/6 items ordered. Those I got are fine. Good quality, as expected, etc. the item that didn't arrive was the main item I ordered. It was a gift for my wife. After the order went through & was paid for I waited two days for confirmation. I then received a message apologizing to say this item was out of stock. No money refunded to my account yet & no gift. Not impressed The Company Store.
I started checking out on my cell phone but was repeatedly unable to access the payment option. I had to move to my laptop & am finally finished now. Kind of a pita if you ask me.
The color of my towels and bath mats were exactly as they were portrayed online. The customer service and website were very good.

After being on vacation and sleeping on a featherbed we decided to buy one for our home. Did the research and the Company Store had best ratings. We are thrilled with it ( it does make it hard to get out of bed because it's so cozy)

I enjoyed the web site, but had some questions, so I called customer service and spoke with a woman who definitely knew the products and helped me with the purchase. I ordered one comforter for my twin size bed XL and she was right that it would fit well. I received it two days later and have been using it and like it a lot. It is light weight, warm enough,. But not hot.

Our king-size mattress is 13" thick, and the sheets are too big. The company store does not it seems offer options for mattresses of different depths. They are otherwise nice sheets.
When specifically looking for KING sheets, the interface keeps changing to another size.
The comforter and shams that I ordered arrived on time, as promised... beautifully packaged, and in perfect condition. They were everything I was hoping for. The color, as shown on the computer screen, was absolutely exact. If I have a "regret", it's that I couldn't find a bedskirt with a 14" drop to coordinate with it! (If anyone at Company Store has a suggestion, let me know!). The quality of the items are top-notch... so, so pleased!

I bought a bedskirt and matelasse bedspread probably 10 or more years ago from you, and it still looks brand new! Loved it then, still love it, but it's the wrong color -- (and I didn't want to tackle dying it the right color!). I think your products are top-notch, excellent quality, and I' am hoping that I have ordered the right color -- knowing you have an easy return policy helped me to at least order and see if it is what I think it will be!
