Not easy to use. Lots of e-mails but neither of then with the path to get the tickets. At this time I have the confirmation of purchase with my number and the money is out of my account, but nothing about the instructions to have the tickets with me. Terrible.

For me, it was not that easy to navigate. Not good with this digital ways of things. Not sure if I have tickets All kinds of e-mail plus insurance coverage. Still not sure if I have tickets for this show. Said I was confirmed, confirmed what? Not sure.

Everything is good except for notification when my tickets are going to arrive. It should be noted that the email sent to check on ticket status does not work when you put in your confirmation number.

Pretty good for the most part, though the purchase didn't go through last night. Definitely made up for it by coincidentally having a discount available today.

I had better not have just bought 8 tickets :/

Being 76 years old and not use to ordering anything on line it would have been helpful if a phone number was available for assistance. Since it is still eight days until the game I'm hopeful that the tickets will be sent to me and everything goes smoothly.

Said $89 per ticket for row 18. Bought 2. Came out to $369. Was a bit shocked at price change over and usd. Then next day my wife gets 2 floor tickets for $100 less in cnd. Make sure you pay attention before hitting submit. Was a costly mistake. Worse now can't get rid of them to make back loss.

The ticket buying experience was amazing, but as soon as I purchased I got 10 emails all saying the exact same "thank you for your purchase" and I was forced to 'accept' my tickets before a certain time otherwise they would have been voided. Kind of a weird system, hopefully the game will be worth it

It was all very self explanatory and very clear! The only thing I don't love per se is the timeliness in which my tickets will be transferred. It just makes me worried I won't have them until two days before the concert itself. Other than that, exceptional!

Second time I've used Tickets On Sale. Tickets have had relatively fair pricing. There are some great deals available! They respond quickly and I have received my tickets in a very timely manner. I'm waiting to see how quickly I receive these.Concert isn't until May 30.
