ID.me 10% discount didn't work, nor did discount from agent work. Agent suggested I wait until the next day to purchase since it was a known issue. I did, but still couldn't receive the discount. In Tirebuyer's favor, it was still the best price overall, so I still purchased.
This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered and everytime I have had my tires within 24-48 hours. This time it said that it would take 3-5 days and I was happy with that and I still got it within 48 hours. I will never buy tired for my truck from anywhere else.
My online experience was flawless no complaints whatsoever. FedEx on the other hand, delivered my tires to the auto shop and did not inform the receptionist that they were there. Luckily she went outside and happened to see them sitting in the front of the shop could've easily been stolen.
Only got 3 tires and had to wait several days on a replacement tire to get here. Had to cancel 2 set up times to get them mounted because I never knew when the replacement would arrive.Lost tire is still lost as far as I know. Still showing on Fedex delivery update. Go figure...
We do not monitor our emails daily, so we were unaware of this order, in addition, the amount that we would be reimbursed was less than our rates. The customer understood the issues.
We have asked to be removed from this program. We like to supply the tires we order for reasons of warranty etc.
No issues with Tire Buyer. FEDEX 3 times said the tires were out for delivery and stated a time frame for delivery. They were nit delivered After calling FEDEX tires were finally delivered on the third day. Not happy with FEDEX.
They helped me pick the correct size tire (apparently the last place put the wrong size on the car) and delivered them to me quickly. The pricing was less expensive than the the tire shops around me, even with separate installation.
Tirebuyer has consistently been my preferred destination for purchasing tires due to their extensive selection and competitive pricing. However, during my most recent order, I experienced significant frustration with the shipping process. The delivery was delayed on five separate occasions, which left me quite disappointed. While I am ultimately satisfied with the quality of the tire I received—it's exactly what I needed—the repeated delays in delivery were quite inconvenient and detracted from my overall experience. I hope future orders will see improvements in the shipping timeline.
