We ordered two bottles of Rusk Jele Gloss. The price was nearly half what I would have paid in a store, including shipping. Order and payment were accepted. I received an email to confirm both. The next day I got an email that the product had been shipped. It arrived in my mailbox five days later, even though it was over a long weekend. The product was packaged in a solid box. I have no complains about this company. Would buy from them again.
I bought a hair dryer brush from them, then my husband surprised me by buying me a Dyson one. It was to late to cancel the order, so when I received the parcel I didn't open it, I just want to send it back and get my cash back. I have sent customer service many emails, no reply, I need to know how to do a return. They make the return part very difficult. I would not shop with them as customer service is nil.
Back away from the computer and do not order from this site! I purchased some product online. Two days later they were happy to charge my credit card. However, the order NEVER arrived. When I look at my account it shows the order and "payment accepted", then nothing. The space for tracking number is blank. They do not respond to inquiries, questions, nor do they answer the phone. How is this a legitimate business?
I have ordered twice off this website, and twice my package showed up earlier than expected, and I live in Northern BC Canada so I expect things to get delayed.
I have only ordered hair products so far, but everything was as advertised, and well packaged with a couple of tiny gifts.

I just bought 2 "One Step" Hot Air brushes from Trade Secrets Heartland. They had crossed $99 dollars and marked a Sale Price of $49. I bought it thinking it was a great deal only to find out the product is available on Amazon for $35/-. I called the store and they refused to take it back even though it was unused.
I purchased a hair clipper from their website. They took so long to ship that I had to buy one from another supplier. In the meantime I emailed them and called several times to cancel the order. They do not return emails or answer the phone. You cannot leave a message because their voicemail is full. The worst customer service.
I purchased a hairdryer online, payment was processed but they never provided the tracking number 1 month later and I can't get a response from customer service. I now need to call my credit card company to try and get a refund.
I placed an order on their website on August 7. Right after placing my order, I received an email saying that my payment was accepted with a copy of the invoice. It is now August 19 and I never received any notice about the process of my order. I reached out to their customer service email a week ago and I still have not received a response. I commented on their most recent post on their Instagram page, asking about my order, and then they blocked me soon after. They had time to block me on their Instagram page but couldn't contact me about my order. That should tell you all you need to know about this company. They absolutely do not care about their customers and just want to scam you out of your money. This company needs to be investigated because this is insane.
I purchased off of this site and they took my payment right away. I received no email or order confirmation. I emailed customer service 4 times to no avail. I took it upon myself to reach out to the VP of Operations for Trade Secrets on LinkedIn (Vincenzo Messa) and basically said that if I didn't receive a refund or my order confirmation/tracking information that I would report him to the Canadian Competition Bureau of Fraud and Scams. He responded right away and so did customer service. They have promised to have my order shipped today. Be resourceful! Threats aren't pleasant but after reading numerous reviews about this site and orders not received, I felt it was necessary.
They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I bought a straightener several months ago, took it out of the box to look at it and deemed it was not what we wanted. We returned it and they refused a refund and sent it back stating that we opened it and didn't put it properly back in the box. They are brutal. We weren't happy with a product which to be honest resembled something you would buy at the Dollar Store. It was never used and returned in the same box it was sent in. They don't even earn a one star rating but unfortunately there are no negative stars. Buyer beware!
