I purchased a Pinnacle welder from you for flux core work. Documentation that comes with welder is useless. You might find that some of your customers are DIY persons not familiar with the welder and its processes. I phoned and mailed TSA and obtain proper instructions/guidance.
Very impressed with the little machine I got still need to try TIG welding with it but otherwise very impressed and the welding helmet that came with it flippen good quality really good. The earth clamp is a little flimsy but it's changeable..

Experience was good. Unfortunately TSA didn't have stock of what we needed in the time we needed it in and we had to compromise and purchase an alternative. Good service none the less
L bought a Riland 190syn mig welders,the price was very reasonable compared to other competitors,the machine works like a bomb,so far l am doing mig flux cored,the machine is very easy to set no complications would recommend for beginners as well as professionals,l also did like that when you buy items worth more than R1500 you get free shipping and they did added 0.9 contact tips which l appreciated so much, however l had some issues with the courier so l contacted their office then l asked them to give me the driver's number,so from there l have been chatting with the driver until he delivered my parcel,the driver was very friendly and seems kind too. L lived on the farm so sometimes network is a problem hence making it difficult for couriers to navigate, in short l am impressed with the service l got from TSA,l would only encourage them to do follow up until the parcel is delivered to the rightful person because l had to ask them about my parcel since the delivery date was overdue and the courier were not up dating the parcel tracking status,hopefully in future when l shop by them they will improve on that area.
I cannot do a review of the welder yet.
The shopping experience though was very clean and professional.
