I want to share my experience with the website U7BUY.com to warn other players.

I purchased coins for my FC26 team through their website. Shortly after the transaction, my account was banned from the market, and I lost access to all the players and progress I had built since the launch of the game. This was a huge loss for me, far greater than the value of the coins I purchased.

I contacted their support multiple times. Initially, they offered very low compensation (400k coins), which was far below the damage. After weeks of negotiation, their manager offered only 800k coins, and refused to provide fair compensation or a reasonable solution. They also requested that I create a new account to receive the coins, which is unacceptable as I would lose my subscription and all my progress.

I tried to resolve this directly with U7BUY, but their handling of my case was unprofessional and unfair.

My advice: Be extremely careful before purchasing from this website. They may take your money but cause serious damage to your game account, and their customer service may refuse to compensate fairly.

I am now proceeding with a formal dispute/chargeback through my payment provider.

I sold with comfort trade starting 24/10/2025 at 06:49:48 for 2 days, got the email from my account being banned from the transfer market the 25/10/2025 at 21:44 so still inside the 48 hours (2 days), I only played the game today the 26/10/2025 with the ban already there. U7buyut told me it wasn't on them that my account being banned despite me not having done anything in the account during the 48 hours, jokers.

I bought coins from U7BUY, and at first, everything seemed fine. But a week later, they got into my account and stole my coins. My team, worth around 8 million coins, was completely wiped out. This wasn't just a transfer ban—it was outright theft.

U7BUY clearly keeps login details and accesses accounts later to drain them. Their customer service is useless and offers no real help. If you value your account, DO NOT use U7BUY. It's a scam, and they will rob you when you least expect it!

I sold my coins at 16:02 for 0.024€ with screenshots and everything for proof. Yet they changed the course from 0.024€ to 0.022€ telling my the value changed 1 hour before I submitted my auction. This is totally not true I even tried to contact support team explain everything with proof and they just keep denying it. This is theft don't buy or sell your coins with this company.

Got my players and got hacked a few minutes later and they Sold all players and took all coins!

I bought coins from them on 21st January, and on 23rd January yesterday night, I received email that someone has logged in to my account, I changed my password, and then saw all my treatable cards were gone from the club, almost 500K. I have never given my email, password and backup codes to anyone else but only them, so it was probably one of their guys who used backup code and stole my treatable cards, what the hack is then a point of buying if they steal again? I was buying from them for an year and more, more or less small mistakes happened but this one is non forgivable for me to trust them. I would suggest you guys to stop buying from them, thank you 🌺

A seller on U7BUY loaded too many Clash of Clans Gems onto my account and then threatened me to transfer money to him or he would have me banned from Clash of Clans.

I didn't believe him, thought he just wanted my money but he made it happen.

I now have minus ******* CoC Gems and can no longer buy anything in the game, my account is effectively unplayable for me and all because of a seller on U7BUY who betrayed and reported me on Clash of Clans for the Gems I bought on U7BUY, i.e. From him.

I reported the whole thing to U7BUY about 7 weeks ago and to this day I have not received any compensation and the seller has not been punished for this behaviour.

UNBELIEVABLE! Never again U7BUY! Very dubious platform.

Stole all my tradable players 6 days after purchase I trusted this site for years and spent near 800stg this year on it,they say change password after transaction but they also saying your details is encrypted so why the need for password change if that the case?

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND SCAM ARTISTS. I PAID FOR 2M COINS. MY TEAM WAS WORTH ABOUT 8 MILLIO. THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. GOT TRANFER BAN AND FOR A 8 Million account they offered me 2.4. Worst yet at 6am when I was sleeping they logged into my account and changed all the security details. DO NOT USE THEM. You'll lose your account and team.

Do not trust this company

My account got transfer banned after i bought 500k coins.

They are not willing to compensate nor get your account back

Now i paid 33 euro to get a banned account after i invested hours and 200 euros of ea coins

Dont buy coins from them if they make a mistake its youre problem to solve

If I could give negative stars I would. This company will. Change your account info steal all your coins and give you the middle finger.
I lost 75million coins on a account I used over 10 years.

I am a reseller. I ordered ******* V-Bucks from u7buy.com for my customer. 30 minutes later,without asking me,they refund the order because the seller wasn't online. I contact them and tell them i need the order to be finished,that they can give me site balance or just give my order to a different seller that is online. They refused to help me,and said i need to wait 72 hours to get the money back,than order again. 0/10 experience,avoid buying anything from these scammers.

Hee guy i spend alot of money on coins and points after one day i got banned dont do it you will be very sad after also like me...

DO NOT DEAL with them, they posted a price for the goods and cannot fulfill within couple of days. Price went up and they want to give me the current market price which is not fair. I spent an hour chatting with them. They agreed to give it to me as I purchased that goods for that amount. And then, they emailed me back saying that they cannot do it anymore. What a trash company!
