I recently purchased a V7 replacement motor head for our Dyson vacuum. Vacuum spares price was very good and there communication kept me informed of delivery progress. The motor was well packaged and delivery was on time as to when they said it would be here.

This company provided fantastic customer service. I recently ordered a replacement battery which was returned to sender twice which we later found out was due to custom restrictions. Whilst we were unsuccessful with this order the company was professional, responsive, friendly and considerate at all times. Refund was processed efficiently. I highly recommend them

I ordered an end cap for my Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. It was the wrong one (this could have been my fault but it wasn't clear on the website). I contacted the seller--they have NO phone number. They said to ship the old one back with $5 for shipping and they would sent a new one. Weeks later, they sent the same one back. I've emailed them several times and have received no response. I would avoid dealing with them--no phone and terrible customer service. It's been months now and I still don't have the part nor a response.

When I ordered from Vacuum Spares I asked for urgent service. Their response was immediate and I received the part in two days. Couldn't have asked for more and would recommend them to anyone. Compared to another recent direct purchase experience I was a bit apprehensive but the experience couldn't have been better.

I purchased a dyson part from these ppl on 11th September 2022 and paid for FAST SHIPPING they only posted said item on 16th September 2022 gave me excuse after excuse and spiel bout covid staff shortages etc etc i work in logistics i know the flow of cargo and using Covid is just a cop out and tired of lazy companies like this using it as an excuse. These people held payment 5 days then posted.? On their website it claims next day despatch and fast shipping.? Auspost has 23rd-29th September as delivery dates.! Quicker to get in 4 days from UK honestly.! Won't ever use these ppl again no matter what is written on their site as it is BS anyhow. Do not believe a word on their site 18 days is NOT fast shipping in any language.!
