I wouldn't even give this company a star. I ordered a product. They took my money. But, I haven' received the product in the time frame that set up for delivery. Their two day delivery is a lie. The tracking site is a joke. They cannot even find the product despite the fact that I have every number that was given to me. They lie when they say that they have live service. All it is is a phone message. I called it multiple times. No live response. I am so mad at myself for not checking the company out before ordering.
This company is amazing straight scam don't not buy from them. 17 days since my order no tracking and no communication. Fighting for a refund but you can't talk to anyone in person. Now my credit card company is going after them. Worst experience I've ever had
Ordered Dec 5 - still waiting on Dec 19th. The status has said complete and shipped- but still nothing. I do not recommend this site
Willing to pay a premium for 2 day delivery... but it took 3 weeks! It came from Amazon so all they did is take our money and buy it for us through Amazon!
I ordered something and my card was charged but i never received the item, no emails or anything. They claim 2 day shipping which is why i paid more to buy from them. I tried their order lookup on their website but nothing came up so i reached out to customer service and even sent them a screenshot of the charge on my credit card but they claimed i never placed an order, then they had the nerve to send me an email that said i need to enter my card info and pay for it again so they can send me the item. Such a scam!

I needed three life jackets for a lake trip. Amazon prime estimated 4 day arrival so I sourced webcortex who claimed a 2 day delivery, so I paid the ~20% higher cost and ordered. When I finally got confirmation and tracking a day later, it was also a 4 day arrival. To add insult to injury, the packages arrived in amazon boxes with a gift tag from webcortex inside. Complete scam. Never do business with this company.
Recently made a purchase, which was received in a very timely manner; however, I selected the wrong item. Contacted customer support, explaining that it was my error. They immediately sent me an email with return shipping label, which I quickly took to UPS, and put the return item on its way. Purchase price quickly refunded. Could not be happier, since it was my error to begin with.
Googled shopping for skippy natural peanut butter. This site advertised 40 oz 8 pack for $20. Turns out they shipped only on and then ordered it fulfilled from Amazon (I am already a prime member). Complete rip off. Paid through paypal who then graciously decided I could return but I had to pay for shipping and jump through a bunch of other hoops. Don't do business with this company.
This company is the distributor for 2nddaydeliver.com. Together they turn a profit on returned items. Their websites say free returns, but that is false. I followed all the return rules, but I still only received a partial refund. I should have bought this super overpriced item from Walmart or Amazon. They both bend over backwards to please the customer. So buyer beware because the item I bought had been already used. It's never good to take a chance on these internet scammers! Stick with the tried and true.
I placed 3 separate orders over a 2 week period. First a set of Taylormade irons. Next a driver and fairway woods. Lastly, a new bag, putter and head covers for the woods. Every order arrived at my door in 2 days from ordering.
I was ordering toys for my kids and I came by this website called "Webcortex" which is stating delivery in 2 days.
And for sake of that statement, I wanted to order the toys from this specific website.
After I've placed the order, I was totally surprised! I actually got the toys the next day.
That was unbelievable!

I was in need of a replacement battery for my drill. After three trial and error. I finally found a battery to work on my drill. I would like to thank Webcortex for the patience to work with me. Excellent customer service and very professional.
When the pandemic first hit, I like so many others ran low on toilet paper. This site promised fast delivery. I have been waiting 74 days. While they do answer my emails, nothing changes.
I ordered 2 water filter replacements and they sent me 2 rubber balls in a package.now they say they say they dont have the return even though i gave them all the paper work and tracking showing that they have received it and dont want to refund the payment back.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Never shipped my item. Had to file a PayPal complaint to get a refund. They are nothing more than scammers!
Got items, Proudly made in the United States of America!
Also they spend 3 days to be delivered. I'm pleased
