Upon placing my order online Kevin made a courtesy call to review the order and confirm measurements. Received the order and very impressed with the quality workmanship and elegance. The pants were not true to size. Wanted to exchange for a different size and unfortunately, you must return the pants and then wait to get credited before purchasing another pair. Returned it a week ago and still don't have a credit.
I was very pleased with my first Verona pant order, and decided to buy my third pair. I would also like to see a black pair of Verona linen slacks offered.

My first order was lost. I called and emailed for days before getting a call back. Once I was able to talk to someone from the store items were delivered within a week.
Ordering seemed easy, however beware not to have anything in the "design it" drop down even if there is no alterations or customizations you can't return it.
