Horrible customer service. Have ridiculous 15 day return policy (most companies have 30 days). I'm 2 days late due to being on vacation and the dress is huge and they won't allow. Now having to file a claim with my bank.

I think this company is a scam! They have taken money from my account and never received any information about my purchase. They keep sending me emails telling me that I haven't finished my order and it's still in the shopping basket but they have taken my money from my account and I definitely payed it.
Not a good experience so bad and after trying to contact them but not email exists I'm not expecting my dress anymore but I would avoid this company!

When trying to make a return, customer service is flakey about responding and the company will not help me access a return label, so shipping is unbelievably expensive. The jumpsuit has a broken zipper and the jewels and sequins are poorly attached in parts of the jumpsuit. In addition, it doesn't not fit and the dimensions do not match with the sizing chart.

Do not order from here. I receives my dress but it does not fit. They return policy is HORRIBLE first they offered to give me 60%off another dress but they don't have my size so I just asked for a refund.

I paid way more than $10 so they're scamming customs. My dress came from a US address with no receipt inside package. Return address on package was not clear at all here are the Please pay attention to these points:
1.Make sure declare value 10$ for one piece.(Just write $10.00 for one piece. This is the customs duty that we need to pay to the customs after the package arrives.)
(by the way, if you declare value too high, we won't get the parcel.then we will have problem to refund you. Hope you understand.

There are many other directions but them O came here to read the reviews because I'm like something isn't right. This company is taking customers money.

Be very careful ordering from this website. My daughter ordered two dresses, neither fit but when I tried to return them first I got the runaround that they could not find the order. I sent them a snapshot of their acknowledgement and then it took about another two weeks until they responded. The dresses were shipped from the US but if I want my money back, I have to ship the dresses back to China, declare the value at $10 for ea (even though we paid a lot more than that). DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY

I am very disappointed. I ordered two dresses and one of order came after 15 days and the second one didn't and it's been one month. I sent an email to see what is going on about my other order but no one responded. The one I received is too big and wanted to return it, so I tried to contact them on email but no one responded. On the website it says contact for return and we will respond in 24 hours but they don't respond any emails. I sent several emails on different days but I didn't get any respond. It's been one week. I am very upset. This website is not reliable and very disappointing.

I bought a dress and it was too small so I emailed customer service. They emailed me back offering the correct size at a discount. I emailed them back saying I wanted to do that and asked how I could purchase the correct size at the discounted rate they offered...no response. I have emailed them about 4 times and no response so now i have a dress I paid for and cant use. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

Terrible. They don't refund you for your returns even if you spend a lot of money to ship and send tracking of return, they ignore your refunds. Don't buy from this website! Scammers' JENNY HAS NO MORALS OR RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!

Do not purchase from this site even if your life depended on it. I paid for expressed shipping but the package shipped extremely LATE (no grad dress for me) and get this … wasn't even delivered to my place of residence. No refund or solution was offered. Stay away like you would stay away from a toxic EX!

Lowest quality fabrication, fit and service. I fell for this scam because of the nice photos on their site and higher pricing of goods, thinking I'm getting higher quality products. I paid express shipment for this to be expedited and it was delayed. I emailed them to inquire on my shipping and was sent a long explanation and a $10 coupon for future purchases as an apology. When my delayed packed arrived I was in shock at the poorly constructed pieces of clothing vs what they looked on the website. They looked like play dress up clothing and it felt like I was being punked. The dress nor the top fit either so I contacted "customer service" and was emailing with a Jenny via *******@wolddress.com and followed Jenny's instructions to return, (they did not send me a return label even when I wrote back to ask for one). I decided getting a partial refund would have been better than getting nothing and that a 15% restocking fee was applicable. So I paid $28 to send the dress and top back to China. Somehow, conveniently, the address "customer service" gave me was invalid and the package got returned back to me! So I got scammed multiple ways on one transaction. I wrote Jenny multiple times to check on the refund etc and always got the run around and then, saying x amount of days and they will be able to refund and then there was just Silence. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid getting scammed by Wolddress. I surely feel embarrassed on getting scammed by them.

I ordered a dress in wolddress, it turned out to be absolutely not of high quality, sometimes halloween costumes for 15 dollars are sewn better than this dress, it doesn't fit the figure at all, although my proportions are model, the company can only take money, but is in no hurry to give it away, terrible service, I really feel sorry for my 100 dollars. I recommend the ASOS site to everyone, this is the best site in the USA. Wolddress never again, cheaters
