This company is all about service

Very good experience, easy to browse and checkout. However, i did find myself having to call cust. Service because i couldn't find what I wanted. This where thy shine... the rep was very nice and helped me as much as he could. The site should have more superhero costumes, that's essential to a costume store, but overall it was pretty decent. I bought an alternate version of Iron Man for my kid's party.

Lovely costume

I ordered the angel adult woman's costume I ordered it in large because it said it would fit a 12 to 14 unfortunately I needed an extra large so I would always go up if your ordering either way it was a beautiful costume unfortunately I couldn't wear it but I would definitely order it again also it was late by a couple of weeks because they were out of stock and they didn't tell me so I was quite worried about it not showing up in time for Halloween however the customer service was wonderful and they expedited my order and it was here exactly on time so all in all I think it's a great product and a great company I would definitely order from them again

It all started in 2005 when two technical and business savvy individuals realized that there was a demand for costumes throughout the year and a lack of availability on the web. Most customers in local regions had to rely on the Halloween left-overs since there weren't many stores that stocked this type of merchandise. There was definitely a market on the web, but most costume companies had reservations about selling such delicate wearable products online. Between sizing issues, quality control and delivery times, costume merchants thought online sales would be a (Halloween) nightmare--because the truth is, costumes aren't exactly made from high grade materials. Wonder Costumes took on the challenge of selling costumes online, defying all the popular beliefs. The company's mission statement from the start was to overcome the challenges of selling costumes online through excellent service, wide selection all year round and placing faith in their customers' ability to understand the nature of the costume business. Educating customers about costumes was a big part of it and so, the company quickly grew from being a home based business to an official online costume store with a warehouse location in Doral, FL.
By 2006, the demand for costumes online gave Wonder Costumes much to be occupied with during the year. However, the local South Florida market was knocking at the door every day, literally. People in desperate need of last minute costumes for school events, theatrical plays and even television wardrobe, visited Wonder costumes in hopes that the internet costume shop would make an exception and accept local traffic. Opening the doors to the local public was an inevitable event, one that would help Wonder Costumes develop an even stronger business and relationship with the Miami-Dade and Broward county markets. Between the online client base and the local walk-in traffic, Wonder Costumes quickly grew out of their first warehouse and moved to a location nearby in 2007, still in Doral, FL. Even this move was not enough to sustain the fast growth. By 2009, Wonder Costumes decided to move to a much bigger facility in Kendall FL, where local customers could be accommodated and online orders could be processed efficiently.
