Love it so much I needed another one!

Fantastic quality! I bought the full cover and I loved it so much that I needed a second rack and cover! The quality is unmatched in any of the other wood racks I have looked at! Timely deliver! Exactly what I needed! So nice that it is built well and actually holds LOGS!

Dangerous Company

Awful company and customer service. Sold us four propane fireplace burners and log units, and had incredible difficulty in getting them to work. It created a hazardous breathing condition from the soot, completely blackening CPAP and other filters in our home. It turned out they were natural gas sets, and they would not take them back due to "improper installation". Not sure how they can send us the wrong equipment, creating a very dangerous situation, and then say it was our fault for not installing it right. They even offered technical assistance to convert them, which is illegal and dangerous. Stay away from this company. They are a nightmare.

Love my new fireplace

Updated review

I updated an older 'wood' style gas fireplace to rocks & flames and simply love it! One problem was the rocks kept sliding down the stainless steel insert so my husband installed some angle irons along the way. We did need to buy more rocks than what was recommended after this but now it's beautiful.

WoodlandDirect does a great job of providing all the information you need to select, measure and order the proper style glass door enclosure for your fireplace. If you need clarification or just want to ensure that you are ordering the right style and choosing the correct options, simply call them. They have very friendly and knowledgeable technicians who will ensure you are ordering a product that works best and installs easily. My custom glass doors arrived within 2 weeks and I had it installed within a couple of hours. It looks and operates fantastic!

Outstanding customer service

I placed an order for a custom fireplace spark guard. I was quite pleased to receive a personal phone call from their team to verify the measurements were correct. The item was assembled and delivered promptly. They offer unusually superb customer service in this day and age where such personal service is becoming more and more rare. The product is sturdy, custom made in the USA, and is of the highest quality. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you

Excellent, thorough service

Was internet shopping for a gas fireplace. A local HVAC company recommended Woodland Direct.

Easy to use website, nice selection. I had a few questions, so I called customer service who quickly referred me to technical sales. Levi in technical sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. Still waiting on my carpenter and plumber to install.

Great Customer Service and Product

My custom fireplace screen is high quality and exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that I received a call confirming all the specs for the screen immediately after order. It arrived a few weeks later, safely packaged and it looks fantastic! The FedEx delivery service was also very helpful and worked with weather constraints upon delivery. Overall a great experience!

Don't be fooled by what you read as far as positive reviews, if you look a little harder you will be able to see that Lance M. At Woodland is not the service rep for all problems! Totally looked past my problem, and for a problem that would of been nothing for them to absorb! Smoke and Mirrors!

Fantastic customer service!

I ordered a gas fireplace log set which arrived quickly but unfortunately was damaged in transit. Customer service response was immediate, literally within minutes. After emailing a couple of photos of the unit, they notified me that a replacement was on its way, which arrived in 2 days!
