Worst customer service, harassing phone calls, verbally abusive on the phone, lied to us on the phone about our own business, and us not having a website.

1. They charged me for 3 years and after 10 months when the google changed its algorithm, zoom web could not fix my email. So, they simply pulled my website down and my old vista print website that I designed was up again. Why did I pay them $1200 for web design and hosting when I will be left with my old website.
2. They did not give me a source code, at least I could hire someone else to host it.
3. they charged my credit card twice and wanted to keep it for marketing which I declined, and they returned the second charge. It happened twice, once when I paid for website and once when i paid for 3 year hosting.
4. no one cares to respond now- I am taking them to court

Do not do business with these crooks. They promised me a good price on start up. They created a website for our company and then it all went down hill. They continually we asking for more money for a variety of different reason and then we well surpassed the original quote and normal price I negotiated under. Emails were not working for weeks on end and when this happened they put there phones on busy. No customers service and when I phone to another country just to talk to someone it sounded like I phoned someones house and the guy didn't know what I was talking about. I then want to move to a different company for my website and then they took full advantage of us. They held our domain/host info hostage and made us pay for to release it. Long story short this service was suppose too cost us under $1000 by the end of it, it costed us thousands to get out. Please do not use these scammers I can't tell you enough the financial and emotion stress this put on our company. DO NOT USE!

This company is based in India and complete scam.
This company has fleeced money from me promising me a website landing page and social media management. They didn't deliver any part of the project. They have fired their project managers and did not assign anyone to complete the work. They didn't even return my money. They have produced falsified documents to Paypal and Paypal didn't refund me any money.
Stay away from Indian IT companies.

I am an independent owner and run a line of clothing stores in Canada. I decided to create my website but had no clue how to go about it. Recently, I got in touch with Zoom Web Media and I am extremely content with their service. Their website designers are knowledgeable and they exactly know what you want. We had a short discussion and I shared my concerns. Well, I am truly happy with the result. The website is LIVE now and I get a lot of positive response every now and then from the customers.

Took money from credit card without authority, then talked me into having the work done and site hosted. I already had a site and they wanted info to transfer it. I gave them ftp credentials, and they somehow couldn't do it. I gave them my cpanel info, and then I get warning notice from hosting service about copyright infringement. The site had been removed by the time I got to look.

They took money for hosting for five years (which was not approved) and have not given me any information for access to portal, and again, I have no site!

I have decided to work with Zoom Web Media after doing a search on Yelp and Google for a mobile app dev shop. After reaching out to a few brands, I settled on Zoom. I liked their approach and an option of a Discovery phase for my idea. They didn't try to sell me on diving straight into development of the idea, but instead offered a 2 week long prototyping phase. I spent a couple days per week discussing the product with their designer and at the end got a packet with a clickable prototype and other documents outlining the product.It was a pretty inexpensive way to visualize what I had in mind. After my fundraising round I will be going back to Cider for development. Can't recommend them enough.
