Why all the bad reviews is the service really that bad?

It is awful! Stay away. I might as well have taken a $100 bill & thrown it in the garbage.

What customer service? There is none! They lie, and they steal! 2-4 shipping is A SCAM!

I would never recommend ordering from this company. It has been four months and my order has not arrived. Nor has a refund for my purchase.
Customer service(?) has stopped responding to my inquiries. I have tried to reach this company through FB messenger as well as repeated emails. I have opened multiple tickets on their website. Still no response.
I am in the United States and explained that this was a special gift for a dear friend that is terminally ill. It was something my friend truly wanted.
I thought I was dealing with people of faith who would adhere to the highest moral standards. I cannot express how disappointed I am.

It's not a synagogue, it's a company that sells things that are related to Judaism.
