How do I cancel my account? You continue to bill me

I EMAILED AND THEY STILL DID NOT DELETE. SCAM. PAYPAL SHOULD VERIFY HOW CANCELATIONS ARE PROCESSED. ROOMSTER IS NOT GOOD.

I paid through paypal and had togo through pay pal to cancel the account. I have three different screen shots of my account "canceled" through roomster but it's still up there. Impossible it seems to get down.

Cancel the account as Fai said and notify your charge card that there's a dispute sorry you had to go thru this... This co is a scam

Try here http://support.roomster.com/hc/en-us/articles/200763754-Deleting-your-account. Back when I had Roomster, you could only email them to delete your account which takes forever and is extremely frustrating. Good luck!

How do I get a live person? My credit card has been charged for months and I have contacted my credit card. I've had 3 new cards and was told by my credit card company that they would notify you to stop billing me.
