I had that happen several times where I found something on Craig's List, then they would send me a link to roomster and then I could never get to the link or find the particular apartment by searching. I never did find any of them and that happened about 4 times.

If you read the legitimate reviews, you'll know roomster is a huge scam. Period! If any link directs you there... Move on. We've used craigslist many times and found some scammers but overall very pleased w/ results.as already mentioned by others, I hope places like roomster don't ruin it.
