If a bottle of wine is missing from an order is it replaced?

They are quick to fix any delivery problems. We had two errors with Fedex and Wine Insiders responded immedistely to our satisfaction

Yes, that is my understanding. Once I received an order and two of the bottles were not what I had ordered. I called and they immediately sent out the correct bottles and advised that I should just keep the other two. Very nice.
