Never had that issue., I have called them maybe a dozen times.


I have never had a problem with the customer service. Always friendly and issue resolved.

My customer service person Brandie. Though she acknowledged that there was a problem, she did not let me explain the whole story and committed to what she had, which was incorrect!

Alfred M isn't any better! The most ignorant customer service I've ever dealt with!

I have no idea who this person is, but at least this reviewer got someone to answer, apparently rudely. My question on live chat was ignored.
