Be sure to compare the online photo with the actual item before you accept it.
I was not very alert…., so l accepted nothing as nice as the photos suggested. My mistake.
Total incompetence by the employees at AuctionTime have caused repeated failures in support of new bidders and the customers that they serve to sell equipment. Their *******443 is the starting point of the failures this company provides to anyone attempting to become a registered bidder. Pitiful excuse for a service organization.
So far its been a great experience purchasing via auction time. I was able to speak with the sales company on the phone to answer questions and they were pleasant and professional on the phone. Now to get it paid for and brought home
Thank you very much Brandon!
The auction was a success it's just Williams tractor sales said no leaks detected whenever I got there there's hydraulic fluid everywhere the machine would not start and he was very rude on the auction site he says no leaks detected and it runs good no problems everything
Thanks for the feedback, we'll let the seller know.
I was the successful bidder and fortunately the piece of equipment was relatively close, so I didn't have to travel a very long distance to pick it up. And it didn't have a buyer's fee which is very important to me.
I had a little trouble getting my account established but made a call and they walked me thru it and after that a great experience. I would definitely use there site again.
We appreciate the feedback, Ronnie!
I understand that auction time wants to keep things fair and try to raise the prices as much as possible to help those selling, as well as boost fees for the site itself. However, I would like to point out that even in a live auction, you are not given a full minute extra every time someone bids. The auctioneer bids until people stop raising, then going once going twice, SOLD. Not lets all stand here for one full minute while people continually raise 100 at a time. In this case it cost me a lot of extra money since the bid went from 1400 to 4200 in the final minute, which was extended again and again, and I do not feel like at a live auction I would have paid the same price. You will very likely not consider this, so likely I am wasting time giving you your "appreciated" feedback, but the buyers fund this entire thing. You think you are working for the sellers because they are technically paying the fees, but the buyers are the ones that are bringing the money to the table that the sellers are using to pay those fees. I understand why you are doing this, and I think it's a fair system, however an extra minute each time is unnecessarily long and would be about 10x the amount of time given at a live auction. As far as the site, you all are the best, everything is clear, I have nothing to offer, it runs smoothly.
Dear Daynon, please give me a call directly.
We don't extend time one minute at a time, but rather 20 seconds or 40 depending on the bid made, so I'm confused with your feedback.
You may reach me directly at 402.304.2035.

Very easy process from bidding to receiving winning bid invoice from seller. One question did arise and represenative from auction time quickly responded with the correct information. I'm very well satisfied
Thanks Art!
Bidding through the website was great. Description of the machine was great, until I showed up onsite to take possession of the machine. I think a better description of the machine before bidding would have been necessary in this case. For example, the machine was repainted and is obviously in need of a few fixes in the cab. The bucket is obviously bent, and the worst of all the machine has a WARNING LIGHT on. Hard to miss that.
I parked near the door to load the machine and got my trailer ready. In that amount of time, they had opened the garage door backed out the machine and closed the door. No customer service, no "hey thanks" or " need any help?".
I don't feel like I got ripped off, but I do wish they could have done things better on their end.
Thanks for the feedback Brian!
Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price. So definitely pay close attention to the listing that you are bidding on. Good Luck! -Mitch
Thanks for the update!
