Called and verified the availability of a product. The mfr was shut-down for several years due to large corp buyouts. Poison Spyder has a very reputable name in the Jeep/wheeling world. Their products didn't stumble once bought out, but what did stop was the production. ARB recently purchased name and rights through bankruptcy activity of Hooligan, who did same with Wheel Pros, who bought through Polaris/4Wheel Parts agreement. BB Wheels had some product that was difficult to find and was in stock for reasonable pricing and free shipping!

I bought two rims on Saturday evening (1/25/25). The order was filled on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, and delivered just as described on Friday. I will definitely recommend ordering from them.

I orderd rims,lug nuts and centric rings as soon as they found out they were out of stock instead of making me pay extra for custom ones they found a and sent me a link for centric ring that would work with my car even tho there a different brand. They definitely went above and beyond by finding a way to fix the problem.

I like the full description of the wheel. Tells you all you need to know about whether or not it will fit your vehicle. A lot of places that sell wheels don't tell you the diameter of the center hole but you guys do. It's important to me because I recently purchased a set of new hubcaps for my old wheels and I know they will fit the new wheels. Good price and free shipping make it an outstanding deal. Now, if they don't take too long to get here……

On Tuesday I spoke to Troy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. BBWheels shipped my tires out the same day I ordered with FREE shipping and they are scheduled to arrive at my house (in Maryland) on Friday. That is excellent customer service!
