"We offer FREE express international shipping on ALL orders over $100 USD" I spent over $200 dollars and they contacted me days after ordering, saying I would have to pay an extra $25 for shipping!

Their own policy says any additional fees for shipping will be calculated upon checkout… upon checkout I was given free shipping lol They don't honour their own policy!

Ordered a pair of swimsuits + some matching shorts for my bf. I accidentally bought the wrong size but the customer service team was quick to assist and edit my order. I was super impressed with the quality and fit when I received the package 3 days later. The print is super vibrant and exactly like the website. The shorts are also great and the bf says it's incredibly comfortable. It was perfect for our summer trip. I highly recommend!

Placed an order in May. Paid for priority shipping (2-3 days). Ask of June 21, still have not received the order, and is now listed as out of stock. Customer service kept emailing me that the order would ship shortly, but now has stopped responding.

First off, the willow top is my absolute top favorite from blackbough. As a 36D it's one of the most supportive tops for me. Second of all, the colors of their prints are absolutely gorgeous. And the fabric is soo sturdy! If you're wondering if Blackbough are legit, they are one of the most consistent "IG" swimsuit brands I know who have been releasing amazing designs year by year.

Have been buying from this website for several years now and their suits keep getting better! I think the price is worth it especially compared to similarly priced premium brands! They are very responsive in social media and have had good experiences with support when needing help with my order
