Avoid at costs
I ordered blinds that were available on express delivery, I then received an email to say the fabric was out of stock and the blinds would now be delivered in 3 weeks like other reviews on here. I called to cancel as I ordered replacement blinds elsewhere to be told they don't have a refund or replacement policy. Save your money and go elsewhere shocking customer service.
Received my click and go blinds yesterday. And was NOT at all impressed. I ordered 4 blinds. And all 4 rails were faulty. The screws were not tightening. And just kept spinning. I sent blinds2go a video showing this. They of course are now sending me another 4 rails. So I've now got to wait maybe another week or two? This is my first time ordering. They could have at least also offered me a partial refund. I was told the blinds would be checked before leaving the warehouse. This obviously did not happen.
If you value your sanity, place your order with a reputable company that value customer service and efficiency.
They do not value the interest of their customer. My order was not delivered on time which among other issues caused me a huge financial lost because I took time off work to accommodate this and paid for a fitter and lost that money.
They did not update me at any point that the delivery was delayed and refused to issue a refund. In fact I was bluntly told to contact the bank.
They were aware of my circumstances and did nothing to prioritise the order to ensure that it was delivered on the specified time given.
The customer representative including the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. I had to literally beg her to contact the courier. I also requested a call back to manage my expectation and sort out what was an absolute mess and she did not have the decency to ring me back.
I will never order from here again or recommend them to anyone.
Spoke to an advisor called Beth about my blind as the string has started to fray on the side that you use to pull it up and down. She took my order number details and asked for photos to be sent and within a few minutes told me she was going to send a new blind out. Very very happy with the speed of service and how she resolved my problem. Thanks Beth
I had to return the blinds as they did not fit properly. My initial experience with the telephone operator was appalling, but I was contacted by customer services after leaving a bad review and they have now resolved everything. The product was collected smoothly for return and the refund has been issued.
Ordered 3 Clinton Blackout blinds for nearly £400. Put one up the louvres just swayed with the slightest air movement allowing light in and a peep show for people outside. Went back to them saying not fit for purpose, offered me 25% off of buying replacement blinds from them.
Following bad review they offered new louvres but i was not risking them being equally as useless. They now offering £80 refund...from £400 and a promise to contest my section 75 claim through my credit card.
Bought Roman blinds for our new home only lived here for 2 yrs and 6 months.
Moved ordered blinds, and the wait for these blinds to be made.
So theses have been at the window for 2 yrs 3 months ish.
They have been fraying for a few months now,you think every time you open and close must speak to blinds to go.
They have a 5 yr product guarantee.
So I contacted them finally to tell them,it doesn't cover the blinds apparently.
They offered 25% off new ones,I don't think so.
Product I bought was Perfectfit blackout blinds. (>£100 each for what I would say is a small window). Installed them and the light leaks through the side of the perfect fit frame (measurements were correct). Contacted customer services, was told this is normal, the material is blackout but light leakage will always occur on the side of the blind... what's the point of blackout material if the light leaks out the side?. No offer of money back given its effectively useless and, to me miss-sold as blackout with light leakage down the side. Suggest looking else where for blackout if that's what you are after.
Not very impressed! I ordered two blinds on the 18th November. After checking on the 'track order' as requested, I could see that the dispatch date kept being extended. On writing an email today to check where my order was, I was called by the customer service department, whereby they informed me that they had 'bad news, and unfortunately my order had been lost'. However their solution was to either refund me or reorder! However, as far as I'm concerned, this in NOT a new order, I'm just awaiting my original order to be made - however so far they have not expedited my order, and my order has been put to the back of the queue and offered me a new dispatch date of mid January - a month from now!
Really not acceptable.
We ordered a patterned blind, it came with a bar that muddled up the pattern at the bottom. A previous order had a simple turn so pattern remained the same. When I rang to complain I was told that Blinds2go use various production companies and they make them up with different bottom bars. No compensation was offered I was told 'this is how it is, nothing can be done'.
On the Webb site the pictures show blinds with patterns that are the same all the way to the bottom. But depending which company they use to make them up you may or may not have a mixed up pattern at the bottom.
Very unhappy customer
Answer: Very easy, had an issue and they solved it immediately
Answer: They're legit, but if you have any problem don't expect it to be solved.
Answer: I have 11 products in my home now and each and everyone is perfect. Would highly recommend
