Ordered tickets for a quick trip to Branson - the experience online was quite easy. It got a little confusing at the end but the customer service staff were very on top of things and took care of it easily.

Easy to access online and see schedules

Easy to access online and see schedules. One thing I had problems with was with the Tiger Sanctuary being able to pick the type of tour so we had to pay extra when we got there. Also, having to go to the office to pick up the vouchers was problematic being on 76. Perhaps look into sending vouchers by email or be able to put vouchers in the phone wallet?

How can this happen?
April 15, 2025

I booked two shows for the 9th and 10th of April but when I received my confirmations, one of the booking times had been changed to the 3rd of April. How can this happen since my booking date was the 6th of April.? How does an automatic system try to place you on a Date that has already passed? A quick call corrected toe date, but just the same, be very careful to check and confirm all of your activities!

Low prices for shows

We got 4 shows for 2 adults for $100. The young man assisting us was very friendly and helpful. The only catch is sitting thru a vacation club presentation that takes 120 minutes.

I was at Branson last year and had lots of fun! I went Ziplining and did 2 Mountain Coasters. Also, I went to the Auto & Farm Museum and then I went to the Rick Thomas Illusionist Show and it was Fantastic!
So much fun, I just needed more time to see everything!

Seems after I select a show and go back for another choice, I had to go up to the top and reset the date we would be arriving. Minor detail but a bit annoying when selecting several shows.
