Great tracker. Very small and almost invisible. I use the trackers on my fleet of semi trucks so I can track their movements hour by hour.
I placed and order well over a month ago and never received the Lil cheap GPS tracker.a d they said it was sent to my address and showed me a photo of someone floor witch was clearly not my home.then it was 2 big boxes in the pictures and I had a small tracking device. So it's a scam
The trackers aren't accurate, I have been "working" with the team for about 3 weeks and they still aren't tracking appropriately, they said its a new device with new technology, maybe work out the bugs before you sell it! After investing over $3,000 i cant afford to just drop service and cur my losses. I am stuck with them and have to figure out how to make it work. VERY frustrating!

I have a question and just text the 800 number. They got me answers fast and help me out. Then when i ask about another thing about billing they did not transfer me just took care of that too. So easy

The people on the phone helped me when I got confused. They showed me how to make the GPS tracker work the way I wanted. I made geo fence and alert for when my tracker leaves the house or when the speed is too fast

This was the worst tracker ever! Came with little to no instructions on how to connect. Had to call Customer Service and Tech support to get the tracker operational and explain how it worked. Used for one day then the App would not connect. They where prompt in accepting my money for a subscription for a product that barely works. Customer Service was sarcastic and rude when called. I would not recommend using these items from this company at all! Now I'm stuck with a brand new GPS Spark Nano 7 tracker that do not work!

Purchased the Spark Nano 7 with the intent to install in a personal rental vehicle at a later date. I didn't know that they automatically start charging you at 3 months at a time once you purchase the device with no authorization. You have to navigate to a completely separate page to get this information and it is not forthcoming.
Very unethical business practice that preys on people not navigating to a small tab amongst several other tabs. BUYER BEWARE!
Excellent product - works without any hitches right from the box. Went to website and setup the various settings I wanted to keep track of. Already received various tracking reports as well as alerts to test the app and unit. Tracking my HD sportster just in case someone wants to take a ride without my permission
When you go to their site they do not explain the monthly charge until you actually purchase the product. Then you call to cancel and they say it has shipped but has not so now you have to wait to receive it and return the product in order to get a refund. You take my money immediately but take me however long to get it back...never again!

I own an asphalt business in Ohio. We are a seasonal business because of the weather. For the last three years we have called in late fall and paused the service until the following spring. When I called this spring to activate the devices a customer service agent told me that the service was not paused last fall. I checked my bank statements and realized that I had been charged for the past six months. To make matters worse the agent basically called me a liar and refused to credit my account. I asked to speak with his supervisor. The supervisor was just as rude as the agent stating that their system showed no call from us to pause the service. I asked for his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor didn't talk to customers. I am disputing the charges and will be on every forum possible to tell others to BEWARE. Don't give them your bank account, credit card information!
