Honestly, my experience with Carfast Express wasn't what I expected, to say the least. I won a Toyota Camry XLE 2020 with a 2.5-liter engine for $11,100 at a USA auction and was excited to finally have it shipped over to Moldova. But let me tell you, the delivery was a headache. The car arrived two weeks later than promised – two weeks! And during that time, I was left in the dark, without any clear updates or communication from their side.

I had to chase them down just to get basic answers about my own car. It's like they forgot that I was the one paying them for this service. When I finally got through to them, they gave me the usual excuses and promised they'd keep me informed, but by then, my patience was already thin. They eventually delivered the car in one piece, thankfully, but honestly, with service like that, I expected much better.

Spent a long time choosing a company to deliver my car from the U.S., and went with this one because they seemed transparent, with full tracking throughout the journey. Even so, I was nervous as this was my first experience with overseas car delivery.

When the car finally arrived, I immediately noticed a paint chip on the bumper that wasn't there before. I contacted support right away and attached a photo. To their credit, they responded quickly, reviewed their photos from the warehouse, and confirmed that the damage occurred during transit. They offered to either replace the part or compensate me for the repair. I chose the compensation for simplicity, and within a few days, the funds were in my account.

While I appreciate the resolution, the damage was still disappointing, especially considering the effort I put into finding a reliable service. Even though they addressed the issue, I expected more from the experience overall.

4.) For start work need pay 500 usd
5.) After buying a lot, company sent invoice from copart
6.) After pay, i whait car about 2 month. All this time there was constant feedback from my manager
