Very difficult to browse merchandise. Also disappointing to have the prices fluctuate so much. I had to settle for a different chest because of a $600 price increase on the one I wanted. The increase took place over a period of less than a couple of days but still being advertised as "still on sale".
We bought a dining table from Coleman furniture after shopping around for quite a while. We found they had the lowest prices and the best quality for what we wanted.
They delivered through a company that brought the table already built and set it up in our home for us. They even checked it and tightened bolts if needed. The table arrived in perfect condition.
Wall unit was delivered and installed by 2 very excellent representatives. Unit was everything I expected and more. Works great for our room. Installers were very pleasant and effecient. Overall a Great experience

I ordered a large tall man's 300 pound Oscar 3 cliner chair. I loved the shopping experience, the delivery was great. The only downer was the wait time. Also the digital hand holding could've been better (send more email updates) The CSRs that I did have conversations with were awesome!

Coleman Furniture delivered the item we ordered on time and when we realized that one of the panels to our entertainment center had a defect, they ordered the new part for us free of charge and had it packed so well, that the shipping company could not hurt it despite multiple tears and holes in the outer box. We appreciated the prompt and polite service!

Answer: Do not order from them. You are taking a risk. If you get damaged merchandise, it will not get resolved. Their movers are inept and unfit to deliver the stuff they sell. Who knows what happens between delivery to their location and yours, but whatever is happening, it's not good. I feel like they are selling seconds. Damaged goods they know are damaged and once they are in your house, the hell begins.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
